We have bought from Fiat of Huntsville 4 years ago so I thought I would try LANDERS MCLARTY CHEVROLET, we walk in and met RYYAN GAILES very nice person. I was interested in a 2024 Chevrolet Equinox and RYYAN went over everything that the vehicle had. I never had someone to go over all the options. Everyone there was real nice, the lady came over and showed me the Chevy app and made sure it worked. TYLER RATLIFF in finance was really nice and helpful, I told him that I wish it had a tag bracket on front and he said well let me get one on order for you. Everything went smooth and we were happy. If you want a vehicle I would go to LANDERS MCLARTY CHEVROLET and talk to the nice people there. Randell Price

Went in to look at a 2022 Hyundai Sante Fe.
Went in to look at a 2022 Hyundai Sante Fe. The car was not there and had been sold a month ago. Told them features and made a deal on a 2021 Trail Blazer with 19000 miles. The only issue was that they said they would email us the tag/title to get our tag and financing was approved pending because it was after 5 P.m. It’s been 2 weeks and still waiting on tag/ title. We have been emailing each other but will have to call to get it straight. They said their title clerk had been out. Other than that the salesman was very good. That’s why the 4 star rating or it would be lower.

Inept Management
I have never experienced such inept service in my life at the Used Car lot. They missed a sale because the manager would not check to see what the inspection showed on a 2007 RX Lexus 400. He promised he would but when we went back, he had not bothered to do it.

Great Service
I took my truck in because of a faulty headlight assembly which I had to have replaced before. The mechanic automatically knew GM had changed part numbers in the assembly which meant GM most likely knew about the problem and updated the part. The mechanic followed protocol and spoke with GM engineers and the new part was ordered.
