When I started reading other’s review about this...

When I started reading other’s review about this Dealership and especially about Amanuel( our sales rep), I’m like these reviews are just too good to be true. I just purchased my car from Ultimate Motorsport INC and the experience is just AMAZING! Spending just 45 minutes at a dealership was just the best car buying experience ever. And now to Amanuel, the Sales guy. My husband and I definitely can’t ask for a better Rep. He’s so good and knowledgeable about what he does, so transparent. I asked if I could get my front windows tinted and Amanuel literally drove my car to the tint shop and sent me the receipt. By the time we got to the dealership, my new car was there waiting for me, nice and clean. He answered every question, there was nothing like a dumb question to him. He treats his customers with respect and dignity. All those reviews about him are nothing but the truth and a wonderful testimonies of what his good at doing, believe me he does it BEST!

Great experience with Sarah. She was very friendly, patient, professional, and informative. We really enjoyed our car-buying experience with her and would purchase another car in the future from her at Ultimate Motorsports. The dealership staff were also friendly and very professional. They were kind to our grandchildren, offering them a snack because we had been there awhile. A very pleasant atmosphere.

I bought a 2007 Jaguar XKR that the salesman, Daniel D.,...

I bought a 2007 Jaguar XKR that the salesman, Daniel D., said was inspected at least three times before I bought it. I’ve since spent over $3000 since it was delivered on 29 December 2021 on repairs. What as wrong? The front grill emblem was on upside down on delivery and has fallen off, replacing it cost me $143. The driver’s side rear brake light and a front side marker light were both burned out. I asked for a pre purchase inspection report and was told the mechanics don’t write one down, they just give a verbal report and “everything was fine”. Discrepancies they find are supposed to be fixed prior to delivery but… The rear control arms and sway arms were worn out and needed to be replaced. The transmission had a leak so it needed a new seal and fluid. Oil and filter needed to be changed. A windshield washer line was clogged and needed replacement. Brakes needed to be bled. One of the worst things was the rear tires measured 2/32” of tread depth, the point they need to be replaced, as they are unsafe at that point. I put in a call asking for his boss, Omar?, to call me to discuss these problems but never got a call back. I definitely will not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Belinda was great! I bought a Corvette from her and I was unable to pick it up. She was kind enough to personally deliver it to my home at no additional cost. She is very professional and goes above and beyond!
