Never buy a car thru the internet!! The dealer said the...

Never buy a car thru the internet!! The dealer said the car was in very good condition. When I got the car delivered I noticed a dent in the drivers door. several door dings, a chipped windshield, the two front wheels had curb rash, one tire was slashed with a knife, the back 2 tires the tread was separating from the tire, and all 4 tires were bald. Also a big long scratch on the hood. Then it took 16 day for me to get the title from them, in MS you only have 10 days to transfer the title if you don't you have to pay a 10% penalty The salesman was a nice guy but was very bad about returning emails and phone calls, It was a very bad experience for me!!

Email received from Mr Flora on August 5th : I got the car today and was very pleased but there was curb rash in the right front wheel rim it is very noticeable. In the pictures of the car I didn't see any rim damage!! So what can we do to?? I got the guy that rebuilds rims and brings them back to new but he charges $135.00 wit tax. What can we do??? Also I need the title pretty quick in MS you only have 10 days to transfer the title or you have to pay a 10% penalty so please expedite title to me if you can!! I was very nervous about buying a car from a place that was not familiar to me. My husband and I got talking to Amanuel. We were going through the approval process he keep us informed. I like that about him. He very nice. He assured me that he take of us. That he did. Amanuel made my car buying experience great. I am enjoying my Q50.

Selection and sales service was great. My Miata looks great, and runs like it's just off the showroom floor. Belinda was very helpful and provided the information I needed to wire transfer the money. She had all the paperwork ready, and I've never spent so little time in picking up my car. Totally a no-hassle experience. I recommend these people when you need another vehicle.

Unethical and poor communication. Paid a deposit to hold the vehicle. Then while the bank was processing the deal they sold it! Amanuel never called to let me know what was going on. Now they are keeping my deposit. Yes the bank took a few extra days but that's not my fault. Even flew from Florida to pick up the vehicle!

Amanuel actually made this a pleasant experience. He never failed to complete a request from the point of first contact till the transaction was complete and my car was on the way! So far, all is great & he was right! I love this Solara!
