From initial contact with Dan, through the final sale with Cheryl, everything went smooth. We were looking for our daughter's first car and after extensive searching found the vehicle at Ultimate Motorsports for a very fair price. Made the drive from DFW to see the vehicle, and although we still liked it, there were several items that needed to be repaired before we bought. Cheryl was able to get those things fixed in a reasonable amount of time and had the vehicle delivered to us. My wife and I are hard sells and Cheryl did a fantastic job of putting our minds at ease and not pushing us into a vehicle that we weren't comfortable with!!!! Thanks a bunch for a smooth car buying experience!!!!

We saw the car on carguru and spoke a few times via email to Gabriel, but when we called we could not get in touch with him. Traci called us back and we set an appointment to come in and test drive the Jeep we were interested in. After a long trek across town we were a little leary as the GPS lead us into a residential neighborhood. As we pulled up to the place we at first wondered what we had gotten ourself into, but after we came into the office and was greeted by the friendly receptionist we felt a little more at ease. Traci came out and it was refreshing that she was bubbly and very excited to see us. We spoke a little about the car, then she suggested a test drive... long story short she was very patient and was not pushy. We feel we got a fair trade in for our old car and Traci, pushed the process through after answering the many questions we had for her. When she didn't have the answers, she rallied the team who was there to also assist us in getting the answers we needed to make the purchase decision. I have to admit this was the quickest process I have ever experienced with buying a vehicle. Your company is very kind, professional and fast. I would definitely buy another vehicle from Traci. Every time I visited car dealers, I have this unease feeling. The sellers are very pushy trying to sell the cars, close the deal fast and care less about the customer's comfort. Dealing with John was a walk in the park, he is a seller but he patiently listened and suggested any car that fits customer's bracket. Love doing business with him. Will recommend and buy from him again, hopefully soon.

After being in the market for a Mercedes Benz c300 I was shocked to find such a great price on a c400. I called that same day and made an appointment. The car was washed and ready for me by the time I arrived. The staff was friendly and willing to help me get the right payment and price. Very pleasant experience and would recommend anyone to highly consider this location for a hassle free car buying experience.

I went to Ultimate Motor sports after searching for an Audi RS5 online and had the great pleasure of meeting Traci who basically had me driving out with the car in two days!!!!! Traci thank you thank you!!!

We shopped a lot of dealers and independent car lots before landing at Ultimate. I was concerned that the deals just looked to good At ultimate to be legit. Should have gone there fist. Traci was attentive and did not pressure. She helped my recent graduate through the process of buying his first car. Took it to the dealership the next day for oil change and once over. All checked out fine and we bought at well under blue book. They have a lot full of some very nice looking cars.
