Great experience, Traci was great and very courteous.

The dealership had a large selection of cars, they were very courteous and very helpful and my there was great! I would highly recommend this dealership.

HORRIBLE

We looked at a car on Thursday and put a down payment down with the agreement that we would get new tires, the back windshield repaired, a new front windshield and the car detailed. We were instructed to come back on Saturday to sign the papers and the car would be ready. We called ahead of time to make sure it was ready before we made the 1.5 hour drive and Quinton told us it was ready and to come on down. We arrived and he told us that they had to order a new rim because it was a different size then the other 3 and that he would have it delivered on Monday. Monday afternoon comes around and my car still is not done. They finally deliver the SUV to me but the only thing that has been fixed is that new tires have been put on and a new front windshield. I called Quinton and told him that the rim still did not match and that the back windshield was not fixed. He told me that they were not fixed because I had to have my car on Monday. I'm sorry you told me it would be ready on Saturday and you had a full 3 days and did not complete the work you promised me! Quinton started YELLING at my husband and I when I said that I was not accepting the car because it was not what we had agreed upon! Now the Sales Operations Manager Cheryl will not refund our deposit since they had to put new tires on it! I put a deposit down based on ALL of the stuff being complete. She has attempted to make the situation better and has been more professional than Quinton but even she is being secretive about who her boss is and magically no one that works there knows the owner of the businesses name. When I call the office asking for the owner I was instructed that it was Cheryl and then when I told her that Cheryl told me that she spoke with her boss about not issuing us a refund, the receptionist then states "oh Cheryl is the Operations Manager". I then asked for the owner of the companies name again, "I do not know it". All I want is for my deposit and down payment money back due to this dealership not holding up their end of the deal. We can then part ways and never have to speak or deal with each other again!

At Ultimate Motorsport, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchase. We completed every repair you had requested after leaving a deposit and signing paperwork. Upon our attempt to personally deliver the vehicle to you in the Woodlands, you had stated you changed your mind and did not want the vehicle. Please understand that we had spent over $900 in repairs on the vehicle you purchased for the repairs you had requested. My attempts to help resolve any issues with your original sales rep were met with verbal beratement by your husband, which unfortunately close many lines of communication. At your email request for the refund, I agreed to refund your down payment and sent over the required forms. I never received the forms back after several failed attempts to contact and could not process the refund. We exhaust every efforts to ensure our customer are satisfied. Pictures online different then vehicle at lot

The vehicle was not the same as shown on the pictures online. When I went to look at the vehicle there are two damages with discoloration that could easily be seen in any picture. In addition, the vehicle online shows a push start button when the vehicle at the lot utilized a key to turn on the vehicle. Hard enough to trust a used car dealership, even harder when the dealer utilizes a spotless car online when it really isn't. Waste of my time, don't waste yours.

Everyone at Ultimate Motorsports was helpful and engaging! They were reasonable about any issues with a vehicle and quick to move through paperwork. I highly recommend if you’re looking for a no hassle dealer.

Do not go to Ultimate motorsport

Do not go to Ultimate motorsport, this dealership will sell you trash car, a few weeks ago I purchased a BMW from here ,when I toke the car to this Ultimate motorsport the engine light came on to speedometer ,after that I called them they didn't help me at all, and also with 10% gas the gave me my car, after that I toke to BMW they charged me 1500$ to replaced the sensors ,that's why do not west your money ,if you like to see more true reviews Please check YELP you will see all 0 star feedback

Superb customer service

First of all I did my research before ever contacting this dealership so that I was prepared. I scoured the nation looking for a particular car and battling with sales reps who didn’t take online selling serious or were very slow to call or email you back; I finally reached this dealership and my experience from the initial phone call to the last was extraordinary. The level of detail and professional customer service was above reproach! My sales rep Traci needs to be promoted due to the many referrals I will be sending to the dealership. Her knowledge, strong sense of customer service and her attentiveness were unparalleled!!

Great place,..great service..great experience!

Their selection and quality were impressive and totally bypassed my expectations! Traci was our salesperson and was absolutely amazing. She was so energetic and down to earth that she made us feel immediately at ease about the whole car shopping ordeal. We are beyond pleased with our purchase and will definitely be returning customers!
