Historically my car buying experiences have been full of headaches and frustration due to the high-strung, pushy salesmen and the lies they tell. But this was not so dealing with Selwyn Smith Sr. at Ultimate Motorsports! He was very straightforward, patient, positive, and made my experience enjoyable with his natural sense of humor. I went in anxious not knowing what to expect, but quickly found that the folks at Ultimate Motorsports were really there to help which increased my trust level in them. I literally found them online Sunday and sent a text when I found my dream car. They were closed being it was a Sunday, but later that night I received a follow-up text asking when I could come in. I was there the next day, Monday... test drove the car, submitted an application that evening, and I was driving off in my new Lexus ct 200h that Tuesday! The car was so clean and well kept with a suped up package. ... I just knew there was going to be a lot of back and forth negotiating with the finance department, but not so! I got an unthinkable deal for my trade-in, an awesome interest rate with a trusted bank (despite my less than perfect credit), and comfortable monthly payments. I'm still in lala land, like, "Did this deal really happen? " Such a smooth, quick and pain fee experience that I feel as though the car was gifted to me. Thank you guys so much for making it happen for me with no hassle and no regrets!

Long over due review! I have been looking for a car for a while but couldn't decide on what I went to many dealerships and finally I found Ultimate Motar sports! I Bought my first BMW 320i they shipped it all the way to California for me with such a good price and easy process.. Markus was extremely helpful he helped me pick the right vehicle for me with all the upgrades. I definantly would recommend him to all my friends and family.

The car bought was delivered as described and promised. Sales person Selwyn was very helpful. Veda was outstanding. She was responsive, polite and most important followed up on issues. Timely follow up and responsive communication particularly with a long distance transaction needs to be improved,

I purchased my BMW 328i with Markus, he is a great salesman, wasnt pushy at all and he was very helpful and attentive to my needs. He also answered every question that I had with knowledge and broke every fee down to me to ensure that I was getting the best deal. I would recommend Ultimate MotorSports!

I received a response and asked them if the car, a Nissan Leaf, was still available. They responded yes it was. I then asked them two simple questions. The first was, is the car still under warranty and how many of the 12 battery life bars were still lighting up. I got no response back and after 5 business days I inquired about whether the car was still available. They responded after 1 business day and informed me they had tried to get in touch with me and apologized. They said they had already sold the car. I didn't see any E-mail responses or messages in my voice mail to my two questions. I guess my questions were too tough. Perhaps I dodged a bullet with that purchase. I would not recommend this dealership based on their inability to respond to my questions. If that is their response before the sale when you would expect they would be highly motivated to respond you can only imagine what would happen should anything go wrong after the sale. I can not respect a dealer ship that can not handle 2 basic questions about the car.
