Very helpful

Two Words: Emmanuel Alcasabas!

Very positive experience. My salesman Emmanuel Alcasabas was amazing to deal with. He answered any questions I had but did not force the sale. Making the decision to purchase a vehicle is stressful enough, and the added factor of the pushy salesman can be very unpleasant. But Emmanuel had a perfect balance of answering questions and providing information while knowing when to step back and allow us to look at the vehicle and think/process the decision. This provided an environment conducive to us making a definite decision to purchase the vehicle with confidence, rather than doubt due to us feeling pressured. The vehicle I purchased required service before it was ready to be picked up. Emmanuel's communication was excellent; keeping us in the loop and never having to wonder what was going on. We had to wait three weeks for the vehicle.... And did so happily with no complaints thanks to the overall experience in how Emmanuel Alcasabas does business.

Another "Five Star Performance" by the Lou Fusz Toyota Team

We just purchased our second new car this year from the team at Lou Fusz Toyota and could not be happier. Past purchases, marketing incentives, and great service after the sale have always kept us coming back to this location over the past 16 years. Nathan Pitchford, Chuck Church and Jimmy Conaway went out of their way to understand what we wanted and quickly got us in new vehicles with the exact features we were seeking. The team always goes out of their way to ensure you understand how to operate all of the "bells and whistles" before you leave their facility and encourages you to stop by at any time for additional assistance. It's one thing to say that, but they backed it up recently when we needed help with a dash setting on my wife's new Camry one afternoon. Jimmy Conaway was happy to quickly come out on the lot and immediately brought smiles to our faces.

A no pressure sale

We came in to the Lou Fusz Toyota dealership in search of a medium size SUV. Our mechanic reccommended a Toyota and my wife had a good idea of what she wanted. Our sales person, Nancy, was warm and engaging. She was also not pushy, which was very important to us. She was very helpful in our search and ultimate decision in choosing our 2015 Rav4. We love the car! Our financial assistant, Travis, was also very helpful in navigating the loan and the "extras" that we chose to buy. Thank you to both Nancy and Travis for your help in our purchase!
