Very positive experience. My salesman Emmanuel Alcasabas was amazing to deal with. He answered any questions I had but did not force the sale. Making the decision to purchase a vehicle is stressful enough, and the added factor of the pushy salesman can be very unpleasant. But Emmanuel had a perfect balance of answering questions and providing information while knowing when to step back and allow us to look at the vehicle and think/process the decision. This provided an environment conducive to us making a definite decision to purchase the vehicle with confidence, rather than doubt due to us feeling pressured.
