Our sales consultant Daniel Rowland was very helpful in helping us find the exact car we were looking for. Buying a car can be a stressful process but Daniel made it such a positive experience. He did his research and helped us find the exact car we were looking for. We would buy from him again.

Everything went ok until after I purchased the truck. After the fact, I found out that the dealership had scammed me on an extended warranty and had sold me an oil change package all while knowing full well that their dealership was 3 hour round trip for me.

The wait for financing was too long but my sales team worked hard to get me the best deal. Also I purchased after chevrolet warranties but was not made clear to what extent they were cost wise.

They were willing to hear my needs and wants and then willing to work on the price to fit my budget. Joseph was kind and took time to listen.

I enjoyed my time at Rick Hendrick's Buford dealership because everyone was so nice and helpful and they made sure everyone was taking care of.

It took awhile to find what we wanted but well worth it in the end. Everyone from Sales to Financing was very honest and open. Would recommend for sure.
