When i arrive and went to brad he had me sit and wait in lobby for 15 minutes while my paperwork (mileage) got to him. He jusr sat with no customers and i had to wait. Not efficient. And i was leaving my car ...

Everything was great except I thought the price was very expensive. Other than that everything was fine. Great customer service. The wait time was that bad.

We arrived for our appointment and were taken care of right away by jeff Bieler. He always keeps us informed and how long the service will take.

Had 1st complimentary service completed. Setting up appt online was simple. They were fast and courteous when I arrived early for my 2:30 PM appt. Work was completed in about 30 minutes! Jeff Bieler was my service advisor. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Throughly explained what was taking place and suggested calling him direct to schedule future service needs, which will be helpful.
