It was great!

I came there to look at cars and they done everything they could to get me in a new car and out the door in home at a reasonable hour. Gavin done a great job!

Great customer service.

My husband and I just bought a brand new Equinox and couldn’t be happier. Zak, April and Cole made the whole experience very easy. I highly recommend Rick Hendrick Chevrolet in Buford!

My Awesome Service Experience

Very clean. Super nice. Very helpful and listened to why and what I was there for. We were having terrible storms upon my arrival to pick up. When presented with my service bill I realized I had left my phone/wallet at my workplace approximate 15 minutes away and by ride had already left after dropping me off. Your service staff allowed me to leave and once back to my office call him and make payment. I know that there was not much choice in the situation, but he was super kind and trusting regarding same.

Thought it could be more personal and not so rude

I had to take my 2017 Silverado back to dealer to have some door dings and chips fixed that were not caught u til after clean up and delivery of my truck. I thought the gentleman I dealt with would say hey let’s go take a look at it make sure all is well instead he just had me sign and gave me the keys that’s it. Not my kind of deal there if I didn’t have the service for my truck there I would not go back.

EMC Replacement

The dealership service center was amazing. When it was discovered that the initial solution to the problem would not be solved, the service technician, Austin Andersen, immediately made arrangements for my vehicle to be fully repaired and provided me with a courtesy vehicle.

Keep it up. Not sure when my next car will be, considering the cost of the 'Vette, I've been updated appropriately, responses to inquiry, instruction was all done very well.

Oil change, filter, tire rotation, and cabin filter replaced

Good work by the team. Explained the service to be completed and suggested future needs that should be considered. I will definitely be back for future service at Rick Hendricks Chevrolet.
