Lots of nice vehicles, the one I purchased ended up having an oil leak that was not disclosed to me, and was not noticeable when I went and looked at it because it was freshly washed

**Rating: 1/5** We recently purchased a 2018 Ford Fusion with 72,000 miles and a clean title from this dealership. Unfortunately, within just three weeks, the transmission completely failed, leaving us with a $5,000 repair bill. When I reached out to the dealership for assistance, they refused to offer any help. They were only able to refer us to a 3rd party repair shop- where the mechanic would give us a discount. Appreciate the mechanic helping us out but feel the dealership should take some responsibility from a customer service standpoint. I understand that buying a used car can come with risks, but I expected the dealership to stand behind their vehicles for at least a reasonable amount of time. The lack of accountability and poor customer service is incredibly disappointing. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a reliable used car. Proceed with caution!

Well here goes, we bought a 2015 Ford Expedition Limited,
Well here goes, we bought a 2015 Ford Expedition Limited, test drove and the backup assist control wasn’t working properly. First before we drove it my wife asked if it had a heated steering wheel and seats. He lied right to our faces, the Expedition didn’t come out until 1018. The salesman Chad Engel said it did and it was loaded and in great shape. So stupid on my part. So we went in and started paperwork, some guy named Travis brought out the paperwork, after looking at it, it showed a $4000 warranty. We asked what all it covered and he said top to bottom. We left with this junker and in the first two days we we noticed the seats didn’t work , back window wipers not working , passenger mirror flapping in the wind. Wouldn’t start on the second day, dead battery. Since we live 2 hrs away I found it easier to go get one here. Of course the new one was dead the next day. So we called our shop of choice as it stated in the warranty, they got it in the next day. I left a note for everything that needed fixed. He called a couple days later and said the fuse box and Battery control module had a lot of moisture in them. My bill was up to $720 with battery included his bill was 450. The total bill for everything was about 3000. Then he said the dealership said they don’t cover any of that. Had him stop and paid $ 450, of course I won’t see that again. Called Chad and he said he had nothing to do with that vehicle, so he put me through with another snake named Travis. He said he would look into it and I never received a call back in over 3weeks. We drove it over there and talked to a guy named Brad, he actually acted concerned. We explained the electrical issues we were having, what’s funny is I asked him if his wife wouldn’t mind putting the negative cable back on every morning, didn’t even answer me. He said they would fix it on there dime, but the number he gave me was bogus. Said he talked to that guy earlier so I told him to call him and give him my number to set something up. If I don’t hear anything by tomorrow at 5, I’ll give the lemon attorney a call and return the pile of crap and they can explain to the creditors why they would sell under false pretenses. The bad thing it was perfect to haul the grandkids and my Cane Corso and shepherd in. Just remember carman there is social media and I love putting up signs, maybe a clown suit with negativity on it by your corner and I have plenty friends to expose your business. 5 tomorrow
