Great experience

I found a vehicle online. I called and spoke with Brooke, she was so professional and courteous! We actually came to a price over the phone and I drove three hours to buy this vehicle from them. They were professional and courteous and the price was spot on for what I purchased. The whole experience was quick and easy!

Con men!!! Beware

Do not buy a car from here. They sold me a car that they illegally failed to inspect, and when I took it in, I was told it was never inspected by the dealer and was unsafe and illegal to drive. When I called to talk to JTmart, Louis told me, and I quote "I don't give a xxxx". So, fine Louis, I will see you in court. Zero stars at all levels. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!

Came to deal but No Deal

I went in ready to do business. There seems to be a common trend that I have read as well as experienced when it comes to the true CUSTOMER SERVICE of a salesperson. That being said they were only willing to negotiate by $200. Wow! I have seen other dealerships easily take off 3000 just to earn your business. Here they were only concerned with making a buck, not your business. There was salt damage to the engine and they still weren't budging. I have been in sales before and I did what it took to make my customers smile and have a wonderful experience. They tell you that what they have to offer is truly at a competitive rate, but is it really. I did a little research and found out that from the very paperwork they handed me and claimed to be competitive another dealer had it for less than they did with just as many miles. They kept saying" that this is what we have in it", but how much did they truly have in it? (Auction price+ a nice wash+ some new tires +taxes/fees...). As with a few reviews that I read, I also traveled to do business 1.5 hours. I hope in the future that they are willing to do more to earn the business of the customers in which they service. Would be willing to return if they were truly ready to earn my business. Just an unpleasant first time experience.

Average Joe

Don't our salesman was very friendly and helpful. No haggle price a plus. Prices for autos were pretty spot on. Glad to have found them.

2 time buyer

I have purchased two vehicles from JT automart in the last year. I couldn't be happier with their selection, service and ability to get you financing.

Saying what you want to hear, not delivering

When my fiancé settled on the car that she wanted, we were told by the salesman that all of our concerns with the car would be taken car of & anything that needed fixed, would be fixed to our satisfaction. Instead, after having the car for a week to fix a clunk in the front suspension, they tried to strong-arm us into taking a check without doing the repair. The discussion with the repair manager yielded that the repair was too expensive. The discussion of with the sales manager yielded that the repair department doesn't do much more than top of oil or fluids or simple repairs, very simple repairs... Rather than dealing with these people any longer, we took a check understanding that we were going to have to foot any repairs ourselves. I would steer clear of this dealership if your looking for integrity in the sales process.

Do NOT Buy from here

My wife and I purchased a vehicle from here. It was a 2006 Ford F-250 Crew Cab 4x4 Lariat. I have excellent credit and could have purchased my vehicle anywhere but liked the truck and the mileage. We spoke with James who I think his nickname was "Bump??" maybe. He was a taller middle aged black man who was very nice. A few hours and days after the sale was when I realized in my opinion; he was one of the greatest con men I have ever had the displeasure of dealing. We apparently met with the same finance gentleman who has a northern accent that several reviewers dealt with here. He apparently wanted to be somewhere else and was angry to have had to work because he was flat out rude. He had no desire to work with us to negotiate a better deal. So the wife and I said thank you and started to leave. I'm not one to waste anyone's time. James came out and begged for us to stay and he would talk to the finance person. The finance man was even more mad and even more rude so I decided I would just get financing with my bank instead of through them and the finance person said he didn't care one way or another. My wife and left and told them we might in purchasing the vehicle after I got one of my banks to finance because I didn't like the attitude but it was a spectacular truck. I called James the salesman back the next week and told him I had arranged financing and we would be back the following week (I live 3 hours away) to get the vehicle. James assured me he would have the truck looked over, the minor things I mentioned to repair as well as any other items they might find. He said he would have it cleaned and looking great for me to take home with me that Friday we returned. When we arrived the truck was not cleaned at all. They had "allegedly" checked the rest of the vehicle and it was fine. On the way home the a/c wouldn't work. James told me to get an estimate and call and he would get the repairs authorized which I did. I never got a call back. his cell phone number always went to voicemail when I called and I left messages with the main office for him to return my call approving my repairs which totaled almost $500 that time. Interestingly enough the warranty wouldn't cover it because the warranty coverage was changed and didn't match the brochure I was given. Then the vehicle was NEVER inspected by the dealership before tags were filed. There had not been an inspection on the vehicle and there wasn't an inspection included in the my paperwork. I only give this place a single star because you can't give less than one or zero. Interestingly enough it seems the company spends a lot of time on the reviews defending themselves which also should have seemed fishy. The responses say the same thing, but never offer to make things right even when they admit they made a mistake. I'm not looking for anything free I just don't like a company not honoring the commitments they have agreed upon. I should have reviewed the company in greater detail and it would have steered me very clear of this dealership

They have no clue what's in inventory!

What a waste of time! Called about a vehicle I had seen online. It read "call for price". Jaimie took my number and called back with price within 10 minutes as she said she would. Told her I could be there in 30 mins. I arrive. Salesman cannot find truck. Speaks with Jamie and determines it has been sold at auction. For the sake of others I hope they get it together. I won't be back.

Thank you for allowing us to earn your business. We apologize for our "dear in headlights" experience. We had an inventory error and have since corrected our software to reflect in real time inventory standing and location. Hopefully in the future you'll allow us another chance to show you that your business definitely matters!

Awful sales people!

What awful sales people. Call in ready to drive 3 hours to pick up a car they can't seem to sell and they won't even budget $200 on the price. Aggressive in trying to offer other vehicles to me when I was clear that I'd only be giving them money for one particular vehicle.

Dealer response

Natalie, thank you for allowing us to earn your business. We aggressively price our vehicles to sell. We search the market from 50-500 miles looking at and for the same vehicle you desired to purchase. We then price the vehicle ,not what it's worth but according to the market which is considerably lower. We give the best possible price upfront to every customer. Hopefully we can earn your business in the future.
