My experience at JT Auto was amazing.. Jerry did everything he could to get me in the vehicle I wanted, with payments that would fit into my budget. No Test Drive
My husband went to look at a few SUV's and kept getting the run around about one of the vehicles he went to look at. Then he wanted to test drive on of the others after they coped his valid DL vehicles and they kept making excuses instead they kept trying to pressure hm to fill out paper work and its too bad because they do have what we were looking for.

I had been searching for a particular style truck for weeks .With less than favorable results and little help.That is until I found the guys at JT automart! These guys are in my opinion the absolute best period.I have Never been treated as GOOD as they treated me.I highly recommend these guys to anybody wanting a good vehicle a a great price with no hassle .I actually got the vehicle I wanted at the payment I wanted! Beware
I regret even stoping at that place, I purchased a 2008 nissan armada, the engine light came on my way home, panel board went dark and vehicle started shaking. The next day, I took it to Advance an had check and had 4 codes. Went I to dealership and told them about, JT Auto Mart had their mechanic checked and said that only Nissan dealership were able to get fixed. Lowi Akila said that I bought as-is , vehicle had pass "inspection" and had nothing else to do. In my defense, a $14,000 vehicle should last you more than a day. The engine light will come on and off, gauges sometimes will work and sometimes not. $1,000 to start trying to get it fixed. They run an auto mill, erased engine lights and clean them up. Be weary when buying from them, better yet don't, stop to buy from them.

Mr. Guerrero I'm sorry to see this negative review from you and I feel that it is truly unfair that you accuse us as being an Auto Mill. As a Pre-Owned dealership we sell our cars As-Is but we do offer our customers a warranty. It is up to your discretion to buy this warranty. Again, I'm sorry that you feel this way.
Well that was fun . . .
We dealt with two very nice young men as salesmen but their supervisors tried very hard to low ball us on our trade ins. We had two vehicles that were older but still in very good shape and running condition. They tried to knock almost 30% off for nonexistent problems. Once we asked for our keys back they amazingly went back to the original trade in value. They also tried to seal the warranty in on final financing paperwork. They have a really good selection and the sales guys were very nice. Just be ready to place hardball on your trade in and price.

Keys anyone?
They failed to mention the dealership only had one key. No big deal right? WRONG! The key they did have was broken and deprogrammed. Now I have to pay $200 to get another one. Honesty? No. Integrity? No. What a horrible experience. Buy somewhere else. But anywhere else.

I'm very sorry you feel this way. We are a Pre-owned car dealership that is why we disclose that vehicles are bought As-Is and we make our customers aware with proper documentation as the one you signed. Unfortunately some of our vehicles only come with one key and some come with more. We give our customers the only keys that we have for the vehicle.
Great experience.
I had a great experience with this dealership. The people were great hosts and answered all my questions. The atmosphere was more like I was dealing with a friend and not the usual used car salesman. Very family friendly. Went out of there way to make sure my kids had a great experience as well.

Purchased a vehicle and was very happy with my purchase. Tim was helpful, honest and thorough. The vehicles on this lot are priced very reasonable. I will have no problem referring people to them in the future.

Horrible place! I would never recommend
I bought a car about two months ago and have not received my license plates. The secretary Kim is worthless. If they had a corporate office I would file many grievances on her. She mailed my license plates and registration to the WRONG address and then igorned me about the matter. It took the bank over a month to get any of my loan paperwork and they added so many unexplained fees during my purchase. I'm in the process of trading my car in at the moment. I'm so done with them.

We did sell this vehicle to her, however we need to explain our side to this long drawn out process. She bought the car on 07/24/2015. When purchasing the car she showed us a NY license. We explained to her that she would have to get a NC license. After several phone calls she finally sent us a copy of her temporary NC license on 08/04/2015. We then had to contact her again for the permanant license in order to submit all paper work in proper order to the finance company. We finally received her permanant license on 08/25/15. At this point her tag was processed and awaiting pick up at our office, in which she works in the town we are located in. She wanted her tag mailed out, instead of coming down to pick it up. The tag was mailed out with a tracking number in which we always do. Some how the mailing service misplaced the tags. How is that our fault? We have all documents and dates via e-mails/ and or phone messages. I am still trying to understand how we are being accused of being the bad guys! When we were waiting on all documents from the customer. We went out of our way to work with her. To call us horrible, when all was out of our control, and in her control. This review is uncalled for!
