I have been very disappointed with my time at JT Auto-Mart. I attempted to purchase a 2005 Mazda 3 from these guys about two weeks ago. The first issue was caused when the salesman screwed up the paperwork to finance the car. We had agreed that our monthly payment was going to be 234 a month, so we drove off the lot with our new purchase. A few days later a finance company called us and was asking if we would like to be financed a loan threw them? We replied that we had already gotten a loan and have been driving the new car for a few days. Both myself and my boyfriend were confused by the call? The reason the call was made was because the dealership had messed up the paperwork and payments were going to actually be around 285. So instead of JT Auto contacting us and telling us that they had messed up the paperwork, they went behind our backs and tried to fix the problem without us knowing there was a problem. This means that the car we have in our possession is not financed nor do we own it. The next issue that came about was the car itself. We had taken the car to be looked over to make sure there were n major problems and there wasn't, as far as we could tell. After a few days of driving the car the battery started to die, then it died again and again. So we went to take it to O'Reily's to get the battery tested, on the way there the power steering went out! After all the run around and a faulty car we decided to return the vehicle. It appears that this is not going to be an easy task by the way that the salesman starting yelling at us and threatening to destroy our name to the loan agencies. Overall our experience has be horrifying and is not even begun to be resolved.

The sales staff was great. They took time to show us the vehicles they had that was in our price range. All the vehicles we looked at were exceptionally clean. When we went to close sales and management were very helpful and answered all our questions. They went the extra mile to help us.

Stephen was easy to work with and very personable. He understood my needs and worked toward making a deal so that my 17 year old son drove off in his first car. The Mazda Protege was detailed and very clean. I am happy with the experience and would recommend JT Auto Mart.

The service was great and both Nolan and Frank worked extensively with me to secure the deal I wanted. I'm very happy with the Mercedes I purchased. I was looking for a particular price range and monthly payment given as I had been in an car accident and had not planned to purchase a car. Nolan worked hard to communicate with me and make sure I had everything I needed before and after the purchase of the car. I would highly recommend this dealership for a used car purchase. I drove all the way from Durham to Sanford and definitely think it was worth the drive for the great deal and service I received.

I just arrived at North Carolina and I needed a car urgently. I'm a family man so I came in looking for an small SUV and Stephen Jackson took very good care of me. He offered the best of the best. We test drove a couple of SUV, showed me there value and how much gas I would save on each. I came in on a Saturday and he even got me approve with my first car loan. Got me new tires, a full tank and a great deal on an 2007 Honda CRv with very low miles. I honestly think JT Auto Mart is one of the best used car dealers in NC, and if you are in the military on Fort Bragg you definitely have to check them out. Because buying a car in Fayetteville is a very bad decision, there way to expensive and they try to rip you off! I will definitely get my second car from JT Auto Mart.
