We bought a used car, we weren't sure what car we wanted and we tried a few. They were all great cars! Since we got there we were welcomed and weren't pressured like in most car dealers. Overall it was a great experience and we came out with a car we loved!

JT Automart has a great service. They helped me out as soon as i entered. They have great employees and they repair anything on my car if needed.

Excellent service, good selection, and a USAA preferred dealer. I worked with Jim Soucy who was professional and very friendly, as was the rest of the staff. They put me in the exact car I wanted and cut me a pretty good deal for it. I would definitely buy from them again.

I had been looking for a Honda CRV for my daughter who is just beginning to drive for several months. I knew what I wanted and what I wanted to pay for it. Jim showed me several vehicles that fit what I wanted. Everyone was very patient while I test drove all the options available on the lot. No other dealership, while doing my research, had this much inventory! The guys were understanding of my situation and worked HARD to find the perfect fit for my needs. Each car I drove seemed to be maintained well and very clean. You can tell they take pride in their dealership!! After all, repeat customers is always the goal of a dealership and they have earned one repeat customer with me! I had a much better experience with Jim and Jack than I had a the bigger, "name brand," dealerships! I will return when it is time to buy my next vehicle.

I gave this rating because I was thoroughly pleased with how I was treated as a customer. I was the last in my family to visit this lot to make a purchase. My husband purchased a BMW X5 last year and has not had any major problems to date. He was very pleased and highly recommended that I go to this dealership when I wanted to trade and upgrade to a luxury vehicle. Needless to say Devin was my sales rep and was wonderful at assisting me with no pressure. I would certainly recommend JT Autu Mart to others in the market for a new vehicle. Wonderful customer service!

Very rude employees. Period. Ron is the only decent employee. Plain and simple do not do business with JT Auto Mart unless you want to get screwed over.

First of all I would like to thank Billy for his efforts on finding an answer for me! And then I would like to thank Llamar for making the deal happen! Also I have to thank Jim for his positive attitude and making everything go smooth! Thank you so much! My story- I began looking for a car not knowing what I wanted or liked! So in October I decided that I wanted a Scion tC,,,, If you know anything about these cars they are not the cheapest cars! So I started applying for some that I liked only and everytime I got the same answer "i'm sorry but we cannot find a bank that will accept your credit for the amount that you need". UGH... so then I stumbled across JT Auto Mart... I live about 90 miles away! So I called and talked to Llamar he said that he thought that he may be able to get me a loan and told he to give my information to Heather, his assistant. So after that I heard back within 2 days and to my surprise I WAS APPROVED! Everything was going great till I realized that I didn't have the title for my trade; It was lost! Oh no! So I called and got the chance to talk to Billy. He was very nice and understanding and helped me through the process of signing over my title without the title. Problem solved! So then I went to JT Auto Mart and signed away. Jim helped me through the process of insurance and some of the signing. Overall I was very pleased with my first car buying experience! Thank you JT Auto mart!!!

They could not do anything right, and lied when we called to ask questions. 1. Sent our paper work to the wrong place so our 30 day tags ran out. My vehicle had to sit and could not be driven. 2. "Forgot" to send in the payoff to the bank of the vehicle that I traded in. 3. Said they would overnight a part and it took over two weeks. 4. Salesman was rude, but we overlooked it at the time because he seemed to be stressed out. 5. Had to put brakes on it, line up the car, put a set of plugs, and change the oil as soon as we got it. 6. No customer service once you leave heir car lot. 7. Sent the wrong amount of tax money to DMV and had to be contacted by the DMV to send another check. This lead to another delay in getting the vehicle ready to drive. I have bought many cars over the years and have never had such a poor experience.

They were very nice and professional towards me. They gave me fast and great service. They helped me walked out the door with the vehicle I wanted.
