Weiss has great financing and warranty options. Everyone we worked with was extremely helpful. They go above and beyond to make the car-buying experience as smooth as possible. We had such a great experience while purchasing our van. Our salesman, Pat M., was extremely helpful and walked us through the entire process, even helping us tie up loose ends after the purchase. He even convinced my husband to get the exact color I wanted. 😄 This was our first time buying a new car, and I can’t imagine a better experience, especially with how crazy the car market is right now. Pat was able to get us a van sooner than anyone else. He was definitely on our side.

I just finished having both my vehicles serviced at Weiss Toyota in South County. Each time, the service rep was friendly and fast getting my vehicle scheduled with the right service, Weiss even had a coupon for the services...a definite bonus. The reps, Glen Eldridge and Donovan Hoyer got things taken care of and let me know if any problem that I needed to make note of.

Glen Eldridge was my service advisor. Great guy! Promptly greeted! Explained what was going to be done to my car. Set time for completion. Work was completed hours before it was promised. Glen visited with me upon my return and outlined the work completed. And he too saw that the car was clean and washed upon return! Great service!

We visited Weiss Toyota to look at pre-owned vehicles and Malik was extremely helpful, friendly and easy to talk to. He showed us several different options and we felt no pressure. He took the time to really understand what we were looking for in a car and followed-up with us to see how he could continue to help. Unfortunately this dealership did not have the vehicle we were looking for but we had a fantastic experience talking to Malik and would highly recommend him!

I recently bought a RAV4 from Mike C and Mike I, with the help of Amy in the finance department. Not only was the experience easy, they were an all around incredibly caring team. These people actually care about you and want you to get the car you want without going above your budget or through all kinds of hassle. It was refreshing to know that there’s a car dealership out there that meets customer service standards and goes above and beyond!!! I’ll be sending anyone I can to these guys for business.

The staff was friendly and very helpful, everyone was practicing safety, social distancing, and wearing mask. i had the opportunity to test drive the vehicle i was looking for. there was no hassling by the salesperson. my overall experience was great!!!!

I was working with the used car team on a truck. After working with the General Sales Manager who passed me to a Sales Consultant, we had a deal lined up. I asked if I could come the next day, but couldn't since one of the dealers had taken the car home, so I would have to wait an extra day. The dealer mentioned putting down a deposit, but then called and spoke with me about it, suggested since the truck wasn't going to be back the next day in the afternoon, there actually wasn't a need to put one down and we would be ok. I set up a time to come in, filled out the pre-approval (followed up with the finance manager multiple times to make sure everything was lined out but didn't get much response), sent multiple messages to the sales consultant to confirm the meeting and the truck was there and that we could have a quick and easy transaction, only to show up and 15 minutes before I arrived the truck was sold. No notice was given to me that the truck was sold when I drove in from 45 minuets away and assumed I was going to be able to sign paperwork and finalize financing and be on my way. After being there an hour and a half they let me know the truck was gone, I immediately asked to speak with the General Sales Manager. He tried to shift blame to me that it was my fault that I didn't put the deposit down, when in fact the sales consultant told me I didn't need to do it. After arguing with the sales manager with 6 other people in the office, he told me he wanted to make it right, had access to 3 different auctions, and wanted to earn my business. The General Sales Manager sent me one email that afternoon after I left, I followed up twice and heard nothing back, then he sent me one more email and I have followed up more than 5 times with nothing back. They talk a big game about wanting to help out but really lack follow up. I even tried to send a message to the General Manager but have yet to hear back
