Cotroneo Auto Group

A buddy of mine told me he found one of my dream cars over at Cotroneo Auto Group. I was skeptical at first, but when I got there, the car was in pristine condition as advertised. They have an in-house detailer that keeps all their cars perfectly polished as well. Service, pricing, and just general personality was all awesome! My next high end purchases will always be at Cotroneo if at all possible!

I had been looking for a used Porsche 911 for a quite awhile. As part of this search, I communicated with a number of local and out of state dealers. When I came upon the Cotroneo site and called them, the differences became apparent immediately. The answered all of my questions, returned my calls immediately and we worked out a transaction in a very short time. I also appreciated the follow up calls, the delivery of the vehicle was fantastic. I'm very happy with my car but I'm looking forward to the next car purchase from Ken and his team.

I recently bought my second car from Ken and his team. DFW is a big town with a lot of car dealers and I started my search with Cotroneo. The quality of the cars here is unmatched, and your never concerned with hidden problems. I love my M3 and my 550i and I plan on buying again from them.

I bought a 2007 Corvette from Mike and had a great experience. His showroom was super professional and his office was like walking into a nice home. The car was in perfect condition and taken care of, and I was in and out within an hour. He was able to even call the bank and get me a better financing option than my own credit union.

Ken, Mike & Sheila operate a one of the best car buying experiences in the country. I have purchased many cars across the country and have never received this type of service, honesty and integrity. After my car buying experience I would go as far as saying I would consider them friends and family!! I wouldn't go anywhere else in the future and if they didn't have the car I was looking for, I would definitely wait for them to find it for me.

Recently came across Cotroneo as I was looking for a CLS550. Mike and Ken made the process easy. They care and it shows. Their overall ratings speak for themselves, I can only agree with what everyone else is saying. Having looked at most volume dealers in town it was nice to walk into a showroom where the cars were top notch and the service was personalized. I will be back in the future and have already spread the word to a number of my friends.

What a great experience buying a car from Ken. I purchased a BMW 335is. From the moment we walked through the door Ken and his wife treated us as part of their family. Every car that Ken carries is in immaculate condition. Ken was so easy to work with, no high pressure sales, just extremely thorough in providing all the information needed to make a good decision. No hidden fees, no pointless add ons and no waiting around while some salesman tries to manipulate numbers. I've reluctantly been in the market for a vehicle to replace my 2002 BMW X5 4.4i. I say reluctantly as the X5 has been the best vehicle this 61 yr old has ever owned, and I've owned quite a few. The Audi SQ5 has been my target of choice as the X5 has grown to a size that no longer interests me. No one had been able to get me to pull the trigger until Mike with Cotroneo Auto Group. Right car, right price, right location, right salesperson. A+

Overall the process was quite simple. I started working with Mike on purchasing a 2014 BMW. The only hiccup in the entire process was the fact that when I got home I was testing the windshield wipers, and all the fluid leaked on my garage floor. I took it to my local dealership after speaking with Mike, and they said they wouldn't cover the cost of fixing it. Apparently the hose was new and the plastic nozzle that hooks into each headlight washer was cracked on the passengers side, and that's where it leaked out of. Mike was gracious enough to cover the cost of the repair. Excellent service, and honorable men to deal with. They clearly live to serve customers, and maintain an honorable business. Thanks Mike, and Ken.
