Best Buying Experience Ever

This was by far the best buying experience I have ever had. Ken, his son and staff were very professional, yet down to earth folks. The purchase process was super quick and easy. You don't get bombarded by other services like you do at your standard dealership. They really roll out the red carpet and take care of you. I will definitely recommend this to anyone searching for a specific type of vehicle. When it comes time for another vehicle, I will be checking their inventory or asking them to find the vehicle for me. Thank you guys!

Awesome Experience- I'd do it again

Was in the market for a hot rod. Was also scared to buy a used hotrod online. Then I stumbled across Cotroneo Auto Group. I worked the whole deal with Mike (co-owner) via email and 2 phone calls. The overall experience was great. I'd do it again. The highlights: - The car (2016 CTS-V) is awesome. As advertised, no flaws, no issues at all - Mike is a real pro - The deal made sense - fair on all sides - I'm confident that Mike and team stand behind the deal and would fix any issues. - I will definitely look at CAG when I'm in the market again

SERVICE FROM THE HEART!

I spoke with Ken for the first time today; I was inquiring in regards to a beautiful, white 2013 Porsche Turbo he had offered for sale. Ken, who is THE OWNER of the dealership, called me to talk to me about the car I inquired about, answer any questions I might have, and explain to me the process. We spent a total of 45 minutes chatting on the phone, Ken going into detail to make sure that I'm educated about the vehicle and process. When he found out I was a veteran; Ken expressed to me how grateful he is for our service members, and told me about how he helps active duty men and women, prior to deployment, sell their cars, and/or keeps it stored for them at his indoor facility, where it is properly maintained until the serviceman/woman return home safely. Unfortunately, I did not buy the car from Ken because my CFO, aka my wife, said NO!, even though this was the best and most competitively priced Panamera out on the market. This didn't stop Ken. Ken helped me examine the service/history records of a vehicle with the options I wanted at a different dealership; at a price point my wife and I could agree on, but mostly my wife. Ken, also, made sure I was buying a car that was a perfect fit for me and my family. This is how service should be; Ken did not have to do any of the things he did but he does everything out of the kindness of his heart. Ken has definitely set the bar high in my eyes and I definitely plan on going to him first for any future cars I buy. Thanks again for everything Ken and for all that you do for our service members, God bless you, your family, and your business.

If you are interested in a car at Cotroneo Auto group , stop looking . The wife and I after weeks of looking and researching on the internet, drove the six hours from Louisiana to Dallas and was amazed. The 2014 BMW 750i I had seen on the internet was better than the pictures. Every car in the show room regardless of year and miles looked brand new. They only buy cars with impeccable maintenance history's just like the one we purchased. Mike made it very easy, and you will see us in the future

Excellent Car Buying Experience

I worked with Ken and the staff on the purchase of a BMW M6. It was a very pleasant experience. The car was everything Ken promised. It was very clear to me that Ken and his team take great pride in their business and work hard to maintain their excellent reputation. I would certainly buy another vehicle from them.

Best car purchasing experience i could ask for.

So i've purchased my first car with Ken Catroneo. I've spoken to him on and off for 6 months deciding what to do. I kept watching his inventory filter in and sell out for months and i knew I will pull the trigger with Ken. I called him on a monday and i was ready to make the move, by Thursday he had found me the EXACT car i wanted and i purchased it immediately. Fast forward a week i got my car all the way in New York and i could not be happier. He delivered on every promise and made, my first purchase experience was everything i hoped it to be. I will only buy my cars from Catroneo Auto Group for as long as I wish to buy cars. Ken, thank you and for anyone who is reading this, Catroneo Auto Group takes care of business. Exceptional car shopping and buying experience!

One of the first things I noticed about Cotroneo Auto Group was the consistently high ratings on their reviews. They well deserve it. I'm adding my five star review as well (although they deserve much more than that!) These guys are top notch. You won't be disappointed. Their facilities and and their vehicles are immaculate. It's obvious they take great pride in what they do. They are highly professional, personable and prompt. They made paperwork, financing and shipping all a snap. (Actually, I couldn't wait for the shipping, I had to airline down to Dallas and pick up the new car personally). Here's a special shout out to Mike. I love the new Range Rover Sport. Thanks Mike. Awesome car, awesome experience!
