Ken Cotroneo and his whole family were extremely nice, open and helpful in my car buying process! His facility was top notch! I felt like every car was in brand new condition. They pride themselves in providing a very high quality car that is in excellent condition and that look stunning! There was not a single detail that went un noticed. The whole process felt very natural. Ken had a surplus of knolwge of the vehicle and a no pressure demeanor. I had a few requirements and parameters I wanted to stay within and everyone had an openness to accommodate my needs and wants. I would highly recommend any one who is looking for I high quality car to look this way! At the end of my car buying process I got to place a pin on his board of car sales all over the world! It is evedent they are doing something right here because he has had many successful sales with many happy clients! I will defiantly keep in touch for any car need I have in the future.

I just wish I could give Ken and Mike six stars, they deserve it! I had purchased a vehicle a few months ago sight un seen from a local dealership here in Idaho and it turned out to be a huge nightmare. So i was very apprehensive in making another mistake by buying sight un seen and from another state. Well our car showed up at our home and it is perfect! This was hands down THE best car buying experience I have ever had. I dealt with both Ken and Mike, they are very professional and polite. If Ken and Mike said they were going to call me, they did, if they said they were going to send a video of the car being loaded, they did. This is literally a legit company, unlike all these other little sketchy car companys. They are very friendy and welcoming, and make the car buying process very easy and headache free. I began looking for a Porsche 911 about 6 months ago. After extensive research on model years and pricing, I began my search. I eventually ended up at Controneo Auto Group to take a look at a 2009 Porsche Carrera 4S. My experience with Controneo Auto was nothing but exceptional. Mike was very courteous and transparent in his dealings. I left knowing that I got a fair deal on a great Porsche that had been recently serviced at RAC performance, a very reputable shop in Dallas. Shortly after I left, I noticed a couple of problems with the car that I hadn't picked up on during the test drive. Nothing major, just a burned out windshield sprayer motor and some brake rotors. I called up Mike and he immediately asked me to bring the car back so the issues could be resolved. He promptly fixed the car at no cost to me (as it should be) and even took it to have clear bra placed on the front at my request. When I came to pick up the car, it had been immaculately detailed. It's nice to finally find a used car shop that stands by its word. I will most definitely be using Controneo Auto Group in the future and have already recommended them to multiple friends and family.

I have purchased over 40 cars in my life time. It is really hard to find a good car dealer these days. I have now purchased my second car from the Cotroneo Auto Group and I am a customer for life! The first time was a great experience and I knew I would come back. Fast forward, here I am again and the experience was again, outstanding. Called Ken, he listened to what I was looking for and showed me some great options. No hassle, no pressure. Within 20 min, I had made a decision. I had to leave for the airport, and 15 minutes after I left, he called me and said everything was done and ready. I returned home and went right from the airport to Cotroneo. I spent a total of 15 minutes signing papers and getting a thorough run down on the car. I must tell you that if you are looking for a car, this is the only place to buy. What a great family-owned and operated dealer! The experience was a complete 180 from any of my past car-buying experiences ? and that's a very good thing. From the first phone call to make sure the car was there, to the friendly greeting from Ken and his wife and brother, to the test drive, to negotiations about the price, to finally driving my 2016 BMW M235i off the lot ? it couldn't have gone any better.
