Needed a new car. Dreaded the "process". Enter Cotroneo Auto Group! I had driven by their beautiful building a hundred times, never really knew who/what they were. . .well it's because there's nothing else like them!! Absolutely pristine, flawless, impeccable in every way, from the way they treat you, the OBVIOUS way they value their integrity, the quality of the product they sell, and, their INCREDIBLE KNOWLEDGE of the luxury car business! (Not to mention the digs which are nicer than any "dealership" I've ever been to.) They've done all the work of finding *the best* cars to sell -- hand-picked and (IMO) better-than-new because of the thousands of $$ you save by buying this way. I told Mike (via email) that I HATE sitting around dealerships doing all that paperwork, wasting time. . .he had me OUT of there in UNDER 30 minutes, INCLUDING a test drive and INCLUDING the fact that *I* was the one dragging my feet because it was so pleasant being there. Thanks Mike, Ken, and Sheila. Can't wait til it's time for the next whip! I'll be back!

My wife and I found a great automobile listed on Cars.com being offered by Cotroneo Auto Group in Addison, TX. After contacting Ken, the owner, we made arrangements to look/purchase the car the next day. Upon arriving at their beautiful facility, Ken gave us a tour and explained why his family is so passionate about the automobile business. There was no rushing or pressure to complete the transaction until all of our questions and concerns were addressed. This was, EASILY, the most satisfying automobile purchase ever... Coming from someone that worked at a dealership for 3 years and has extensive experience in the car industry beyond that this was hands down the best experience from beginning to end. No pressure they know their inventory and financing was a breeze. The vehicle was described in great detail on their website. Once i showed up to the show room the vehicle was even better than the pictures described. The dealership was extremely clean and very, very nice. I am extreme happy with my purchase. It was almost too good to be true and how i hope my future vehicle purchases are this great. Next car i buy i will go here first to see if they can get it. Thanks again!

I had a fantastic experience with Cotroneo Auto Group. Mike and Ken are truly concerned about their customers and the cars they sell. I started my experience with them very defensive and skeptical after just having a really bad experience with another dealer. I couldnt have asked for anything more, the car was better than I expected, the service was incredible - Mike even stayed after they closed to meet me after my flight had been delayed several hours to make sure I got my car. I would recommend them to anyone!

You couldn't ask for better service. Don't go to the show room without money because you are going to find something cool. Very relaxed, no pressure, great selection of really good cars.

Normally I despise working with car dealers. However, the folks at Cotroneo are a pleasure to work with. The car was exactly as pictured, everything worked and the paperwork was handled flawlessly over the Internet. The facility and vehicles are kept in an exceptional clean environment and Ken showed his passion for making sure the customer was pleased with the purchase without being "pushy" like a lot of car dealers. Would I recommend this process with this dealer to my family and friends? I would without a doubt! I have already received numerous compliments on the vehicle and have recommend the Cotroneo Auto Group to several of my friends who have expressed interest in quality, high end used cars. From my experience you won't go wrong buying from this dealer and if you do encounter any problems (which I doubt) I am quite positive they will be taken care of promptly and to your ultimate satisfaction.

Ken took very good care of me, when we started dealing on the Parnelli Jones Mustang over the phone. He sat on the car for me until had made my decision, financing and of course the wife's approval. He described the car to a "T" with 79K on it I was impressed with the quality of his staff getting me all my questions answered. This is my 4 mustang purchase over the phone and was very nervous buying a 79K car. It was as he described right down to the detail. Ken and his staff are very dedicated to making there customers happy and he did. I would do business with Cotroneo again they are awesome. Thanks again to the Cotroneo family you are awesome.

From the moment I saw the ad for the a 2009 Mercedes SL.until I drove it off the lot, the Cotroneo's were great! Mike and Ken explained everything about my purchase in terms I could understand and they went above and beyond to make sure my questions were answered completely. The best part was the closing. Last time I bought a car (at Carmax), I was shuffled from one department to the next.and waitied at each point. The Carmax people sounded like robots repeating their Lines. The Cotroneo's were efficient, and organized and I will definately buy my next car from them.

I wanted to take my time out of my busy day to write a review for a special dealership. I normally don't write reviews as I never make my way around it, but for this dealer I have to let everyone know that this is the place to buy. I recently purchased a 435i from them and the car was nothing short of immaculate condition and everything as stated was included. I traded in my vehicle and Ken wasted no time and gave me a fair trade-in price without the haggle. I told Ken I was a very busy guy and he had a conversation on day one for only 30mins as I had to go to an appointment. The very next day I returned and paperwork was ready, all I had to do was sign and date and everything was spot on with no mistakes. I was in and out again in only 30mins and was in my new car right away. I think it actually took me longer to clean out my stuff out of my trade-in compared to the paperwork. I will refer all friends and family to this dealer. In the past I usually haggle the dealer/sales guy on price for both purchase and existing trade-in. I can say this is the first time I've walked out comfortably with my new car without really needing to negotiate cause the figures he offered for trade-in and sales price on his car was spot on. The buying experience was truly one of a kind and I wish more dealers were this way. This is a 5 Star Dealer hands down, no questions asked. If any buyer is looking at this review, I will tell you if you're looking to buy a car and have a great time doing so, buy here! If you're looking to be treated with respect buy here! If you don't want to feel stressed out during the purchase process buy here! If you want to meet a group of genuine guys that know what they're doing buy here! I purchase cars every 1.5 to 2 years and my next car will definitely be at this place. I'm not going to even bother anywhere else, cause there is no way anyone will match this place. I've been to way too many dealerships in my lifetime, all over the DFW metroplex. I used to be a car salesman in the past so I definitely know both sides of the field and I'm a tough negotiator, so If I sold my car and purchased a car without having to negotiate on either the trade-in or purchase, I think that says it all.
