The attention to detail at this dealership is impeccable from online communication to out the door. Ken was very personable, from explaining the car in detail to quickly going through the paperwork. My wife purchased a 2014 Mercedes E350 from Cotroneo Auto Group. The customer service was exceptional. Over a period of a month, my wife test drove half a dozen cars from the dealership. All dealerships should be like this, Ken the owner and Mike his brother do it right. They treat you like family and the cars are in perfect condition. I purchased a M3 Convertible and it is in nearly perfect condition. The process is easy and very low pressure. I have purchased other BMW's from other dealers in town and the cars are typically beat up and they treat you like a transaction - take the car or don't they could care less. Finding a BMW convertible online that we really liked, we did our due diligence and found a beautiful BMW convertible at Cotroneo Auto Group. From the minute we walked into the facility, we were impressed with the swiftness, precision and response to our inquiry. The owner Ken took care of us. While we were inspecting the car, he literally told us everything we had discovered online. After our test drive, we returned to the dreaded part of buying any car -- haggling a price. To our amazement, instead of haggling, Ken told us his bottom dollar, which seemed more than fair. Including our trade-in business, we were in and out of there in no more than 1 hour. When we?re ready to purchase another car, we?re going straight to Cotroneo?s Auto Group. Amazingly transparent and downright refreshing, Ken has earned our respect.

As I am sure most people do, I hate the car buying experience. However, my experience with Controneo Auto Group was by far the best ever. I had been casually searching for a specific vehicle with specific features and in a specific color for a few years now. One day while casually searching, I found the exact vehicle I wanted at Cotroneo. Because they aren't a typical "dealership" like most of us are used too, I admit I was initially leery of stopping by. However, I researched their reviews, and came to see how past buyers have been thrilled with them. So, I emailed the owner to let him know we'd be down to view the vehicle the next morning. We arrived shortly after they opened and were greeted with smiles. We were immediately treated as if we were old friends. We viewed the car, test drove it and decided we wanted to purchase it. The price was very fair and the car was in immaculate condition. The purchase process was quick and painless with zero shenanigans. We were offered exactly what we were wanting for my trade-in. Mike, Ken and Sheila were all a pleasure to meet and do business with. This "dealership" isn't your typical one. They mainly deal in high-end luxury vehicles and online sales. They take great pride in customer service and honesty. You won't walk out of there with that yucky feeling you get at most dealerships. Speaking of great customer service - the battery on the vehicle we were purchasing had run down. Rather than simply charge it up for us, they went to a nearby battery shop and had a new battery installed. This wasn't necessary - we would have been perfectly ok waiting for the battery to charge up. But it just shows the "above and beyond" approach these folks take. This is a family-owned and run business, and you can tell the level of care these folks take not only in their business, but in their customers. I hope I don't need to purchase another vehicle anytime soon, but if I do, I'll go to Cotroneo, hands down. I give this business the highest of recommendations. (Three weeks in and I am in love with my Mini Cooper Countryman - thanks Cotroneo!)

Cotroneo Auto Group is impressive! Mike and Ken are easy to deal with and go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.The crazy thing is, I was actually able to work our entire deal via text message and that even included valuing my trade in. That shows that they are willing to do what is best for the customer. The quality of their cars is second to none. We were able to purchase our vehicle and drive it almost 5 hours home without any concern that we wouldn't make it and that was due to their honesty, professionalism, expertise, and one walk through of their facility. These guys have nothing but immaculate vehicles. We are very pleased with the vehicle we purchased, but I honestly think we are more impressed with the character of both Mike and Ken. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a high quality vehicle and enjoy doing business with outstanding people. You will not be disappointed!
