EXCELLENT!! I bought a slightly used, customized 2015 Jeep from CAG. This was my first internet auto purchase, as well as the first time I've purchased an auto out of state. The vehicle was exactly as described, and if anything looked better than the pictures. The price was fair, and there were no hidden costs. The whole process was seamless, with excellent communication from CAG each step of the way. I would recommend the CAG auto group without reservation.

Saw a listing online for a 2015 BMW M6 in pristine condition. Contacted Cotroneo Auto Group and was invited to come by and take a test drive. You could hear the passion about the vehicle from Mike C on the phone, and it was duplicated in an email back. I went to the dealership and was greeted warmly by Ken and Mike and had some great conversation about the vehicle and what the family team at Cotroneo is all about. We looked the car over thoroughly, and heard an excited and impassioned dissertation on the various features. I was already very familiar, but it was fun to hear about it all again. You can totally see how excited this family is about great cars! We took a drive and had some more great conversation about the vehicle. I was totally sold, and proceeded to go through the purchase process in a matter of minutes. I would definitely work with these guys again! Fantastic experience!

My experience was very good I live in Miami FL so it was 1350 miles away from me. I was very nervous that the car wasn't going to be as it was described to me. When I saw the car it was exactly what he (Ken) said. He was very professional and easy to talk too. Next time I'm looking for a car I'll give him a call and just have him send me the paperwork and send the car to me. I looked at almost every car he had there all of them were immaculate. I almost didn't even take my Cadillac CTSV for a test drive after meeting him and seeing his inventory I was so confident that the car was going to drive as it should.

I went to that place to buy a Mercedes-Benz c250 ,the guy was very honest and clear and he tried to help me but my bank didn't approve me for the price ,I recommend this place for buying a pre-owned high-end cars.
