Today I went in with my father and the experience was wonderful! No pressure and everything was explained very clearly on the process and the cars functions. I am going to start my review of Cotroneo Auto Group in Addison Texas with a 5 star, 100 % satisfaction rating. I flew to Dallas from Corpus Christi, TX. to pick up my 2010 Jetstream Blue 6 speed Grand Sport Convertible which I purchased online from Mike Cotroneo. I took a cab from the airport to the dealership which by the way Mike paid for. As the Cab pulled up to the very clean, well manicured dealership there was Mike waiting outside to greet me. After receiving a firm handshake, a welcoming smile and something to drink he led me back to the meticulously clean indoor showroom to check out my new ride. I can say as soon as he opened the door to the showroom i was blown away at all of the shiny brand new looking and smelling used vehicles. I could have sworn that i was looking at all brand vehicles in a brand new showroom. When my eyes focused on my Vette I felt my heart skip a few beats. There she sat my meticulously clean shiny new (to me) Vette. I was so excited to go and check her out. As i walked around the car i could not believe how perfect it was. It was just as Mike had described it to me over the phone. After checking out my car and making sure I was completely satisfied I was given an overview of the vehicle before I took her on a 6 hour road trip home. I was also able to meet Ken Cotroneo as I went inside to pick up my paperwork. Ken gave me a push pin and led me into an office with a very large map on the wall. He told me to place my pin on Corpus Christi on the map. After placing my pin on the map I started to look the map over. I noticed that there were pins on every state in the USA as well as a few overseas pins. This map represents all of the sales that Cotroneo Auto Group has made. I thought that this was a very touching idea because it made me feel like a part of the family and not just another person buying another used car. After offering me a few drinks, snacks and my goody bag for my road trip home I was ready to get on the road with my new Baby. Both Mike and Ken escorted me to my car, took a picture of me in it with my camera and provided me with excellent directions to get to the freeway. Well I was off with a smile ear to ear and the friendly goodbye waves of Mike and Ken in my rear view mirror. Not only did I get the RARE car of my dreams but I also received excellent and caring customer service which is also RARE in this line of work. Thank you so very much Mike and Ken. Was contacted promptly after inquiring about a vehicle. Unfortunately the vehicle had already been sold. However, I was offered another type of vehicle which was an excellent vehicle but not what i was looking for. Wish I could have done business with this dealer. Was very impressed with the customer service and follow up.

I had done a lot of research on what I wanted and when I googled the information in I was able to narrow it down to a half dozen dealers in the metroplex area. My third stop was with Controneo and they had just what I wanted. They offered me a fair price for my trade in and were realistic with their pricing so we had a deal within 15 minutes of walking into their facility. I thought both Ken and Mike were true professionals and made the entire buying experience a pleasure. I'm 75 so don't know how many more cars I will be buying but I can assure you if I buy another car it will be from these guys.

I emailed Karl about an high dollar advertised car. I arrived with a trade with a loan balance, the advertised car was available and as good as described. My trade car was quickly evaluated by Ken and the trade value established to my satisfaction. I arrived with excellent financing, Mike was able to beat my financing quote for the same term. I arrived at 3:30 PM and left in a 2013 Porsche Boxster S at 6:00 PM. This dealer makes transactions happen the way they should. Great job guys!

Being a car enthusiast, I am no stranger to the car purchasing process for both new and pre-owned vehicles. After working with Ken at Cotroneo Auto Group, I no longer want to deal with anyone else. Ken was a breath of fresh air; a true professional who loves what he does and it shows! How many pre-owned dealers do you know take the time to educate themselves on each and every car that is parked in their garage? (Yes ? all cars are immaculately kept in their beautiful indoor showroom.) Not only did Ken know all of the car?s specs that I had asked him about, but he was also knowledgeable on each and every vehicle?s history/origination, had all of the books, keys and window stickers. Impressive. How many dealerships today still honor and respect a handshake as a deal and tint the windows on a car for you that you did not even leave a deposit on yet?! Yes, this really did happen! My car buying experience was an absolute pleasure. There was no haggling or pressure; the prices were fair and the customer service and appreciation were second to none. I was blown away by the extra mile that Cotroneo goes (no pun intended, but they do ship cars worldwide!) and love the fact that they are a family run business. We finalized our paperwork in ?the Texas Room? which had a map of the world with pushpin markers showing all of the locations that they have sold and/or shipped cars to. Again, impressive! When the time comes and a family member, friend or colleague is in the market for a new car, I?ll be sending them to Cotroneo. While this is the first car that I?ve purchased from Ken, I can promise you that it will not be the last!

I?m truly blown away with the GREAT service I received from The Cotroneo Auto Group! I found a car online that I wanted to get more information on from another dealer and called them. The salesman I spoke too didn?t know much about the car, nor could he negotiate a price without getting my name a number and calling me back after talking to his manager. By the way ? he never called me back! I kept looking and found the perfect car at The Cotroneo Auto Group and spoke to Karl Lenderman. Karl knew everything about the car, the cars history, the options and the condition of the car. He walked me thru the buying process, I bought the car, Karl arranged shipping and 5 days later my car arrived just as nice as he described!
