What a nice car buying experience. No buying pressure or haggling. I found the car I wanted and Leo and the Cotroneo Auto Group made it happen with minimum stress. I would recommend them to anyone.

Saw a car online that I was interested in. Talked with Karl about the car and decided to go look at the car. Went to Texas for the weekend, saw the car, drove it, loved it and bought it. There was no pressure, no usual car buying B.S., simply two people negotiating a car purchase/sale. Very helpful, courteous and professional staff. The owner was there and was the person who initially met me when I came in the door. Beautiful facilities, all cars kept indoors (I think). Will go there again!

I recently purchased a Jeep Liberty from Cotroneo Auto Group and couldn't be more pleased with the overall outcome. I got a great deal on a great car that was represented fairly and accurately online. While this vehicle wasn't of the "caliber" that Karl usually sells, he treated me no different than someone buying a $100,000 ride. THAT speaks as highly of the commitment to customer service as anything else I could write. I'd buy from Karl and Cotroneo again....and plan to!

Wow is the first thing that comes to mind! What an awesome dealership that caters TRULY to the customer. From the moment I walked in to look at a vehicle I was interested in buying, I felt a very welcoming atmosphere. Karl went beyond to make sure my car buying experience was as smooth & easy as possible, always making sure I was the one that was comfortable & constantly asking if I had any questions or concerns. I didn't feel as if I was being hounded or "talked Into" buying a car, it all felt very surreal since my past dealership experiences had not been as pleasurable. I would/will buy from them again, they will be the ones I go to first, EVERY TIME!!!! :)

I have heard of people buying cars online without physically looking at them first. I always told myself there is NO WAY I would ever do that, until I talked to Karl Lenderman at Cotroneo Auto Group. He made me feel not only warm and fuzzy about the car, but as important ? the online car purchase process. We agreed on a fair price, he emailed me my paperwork, he took care of the shipping arrangements ? he even took the time to help me set up a PayPal account so I could leave him a deposit! Have no fear buying from these guys. The car was delivered a day earlier than quoted and was as nice as described! Karl Lenderman and his staff went up and beyond what any dealer has ever done in my 50+ years of buying cars. My next car will be bought from Karl!

Shopping for a new car isn't anyone's favorite thing to do especially with all the pushy sales people out there and the bad rep of a dealership overall. The experience at Cotroneo was the TOTAL OPPOSITE! I'm glad I found this place online and Karl Lenderman was a breath of fresh air to work with. They have probably the best prices out there and all their cars are so clean! I've been to a lot of dealerships but the atmosphere at this one was like no other. During the entire process Karl was very helpful and I felt no rush or pressure to purchase. Thank you for a great purchasing experience and I'll definitely be back. I'm sending all my friends and family to go see Karl at Cotroneo!
