The service department was very nice when I came in. They also greeted me with respect which is important. I came in for a recall on my Buick, but would recommend people come here in the future.

I have been coming here for a while for service and it has always been a good experience. I usually work with Herman and he is always super nice. He doesn't pressure you into buying anything and I like that. I have purchased two cars from Lou fusz stores and would recommend them to others.

I normally work with Stephanie and she is really good. She never forgets who I am and I like that. I have been coming here for eight years and treating me well that whole time. I can say the lounge have improved since I started coming here! They are really comfy.

I got a vehicle which is the perfect mid-life crisis car for me.

Sales person "Nick Damaso" was very knowledgeable about the cars he sales and the services they provide. He did not use any pressure sales tactics and worked to get me a deal I was comfortable with. He was honest, upfront and delivered quality customer support. Overall it was one of the best buying experiences of my life and I highly recommend Nick and everyone at Lou Fusz.

I love this dealership because of the customer service given. I normally wait for the same service writer because he has always been honest and upfront regarding all repairs that I have needed.
