Buy your new car from Shawn S.

Brought my s3 for pods recall and was extremely pleased with the service! Chris was communicative and informative throughout the process! As much as I dislike going to the dealer (I work in the industry), Chris made the experience perfect!

Great experience at Audi of Gwinnett

I purchased an Audi Q7 premium plus. It was the easiest and most pleasant new car buying experience that I’ve ever had. I was able to accomplish 95% of the work over the phone before ever coming in to the dealership. My sales rep, Damon, was terrific easy to deal with, and was able to find numerous rebates to help me get a fantastic price on the vehicle. I highly recommend Audi of Gwinnett

Long time customer

Very easy to make appointment. I have been using this service department for 9 years and I am always pleased. I am impressed by many things at this dealership. Mostly I am impressed with the professionalism of the same 3 service writers that have been there since my first visit. Thanks guys!

After deal don’t expect them to be reputable. 😡

They do not stand behind their deals. Bought a 2023 SQ8 and did not enjoy it and tried to return/buy back 30 days into it and thee offered me $19000 less than I owed on it with 1700 miles. Thanks for nothing. I had other dealerships offer me more.

The finance manager was the best he help me fully

The finance manager was the best he help me fully understand every detail of my lease I have never had an experience like this before I fully understand and I am comfortable with my loan thanks to Mr. Brackett finance manager. The sale rep SHAQUAN CHAVIS was who I spoke with on the phone and when I came in he greeted me with grace and I was completely comfortable the entire time thanks so much best dealership I have EVER been to.

Was easy to get the car fixed.

Was easy to get the car fixed. The only issue was that we were not able to drop off the car at night as the parking lot was closed
