The audacity for them to ask for my review after such a horrible service department experience! None of the service advisors acknowledge you when you enter their office, they don’t look up from their desks. If I was the owner, I’d give them smaller computer monitors so they cannot hide from behind them. I made a 30k service appointment for Tuesday afternoon and dropped off my vehicle a little early. Was told by one of the service advisors that my vehicle could be ready by the end of the day and I would receive text updates on the status of the service. They told me this is the fastest and convenient way to get updates on servicing of my vehicle. I did not receive a single update (EVER), even after I sent messages via their text messaging platform for multiple days. When I finally was able to speak with a service advisor on Thursday afternoon, he told me my SA was not available and that a message had been left with my SA to contact me. I insisted that another SA get on the phone and provide me an update on my vehicles progress, he then proceeded to search for the service manager, who was also nowhere to be found. Was told a message was left with the service manager to call me back. Three hours later, I had to call and was able to successfully speak with my assigned SA who told me that he received a note from his Service Manager and that my vehicle had NOT been “dispatched” and now they have moved my vehicle to the front of the list and they are hoping to have my vehicle serviced as soon as possible. I reminded my SA that my vehicle has been in their possession for 2 days and I need my vehicle for Friday or I would need a loaner (which was never offered). My SA agreed to have a loaner vehicle for me to use if I can arrive by 5pm. I arrived at 4:45pm and my SA said that they are almost finished with my vehicle but if I wanted, he would still give me the loaner. ?!?!?!?!? Why would I want a loaner if my vehicle is almost ready? Needless to say, I got my vehicle after 5pm and was charged full price $156.15 (minus military discount of $6.89) for the vehicle service. I should’ve charged them for borrowing my vehicle for more than two days. I cannot believe how sloppy and unprofessional the whole department was. I definitely would not recommend this dealership to anyone, not even to people I dislike. AUDI N.A. and the owner of record should investigate for themselves. If I was affiliated with either of them, I would be ashamed.

Went to for an oil change and had my audi care did my 40 000 miles and covered my entire check The team was awesome and schedule me a lyft to take me to n from Audi Gwinnett while my car was being worked on. Thnx Audi Gwinnett

Buying our lease that we had for almost 4 years
Shawn Samuda was very polite and did a great job getting everything ready for the financial dept. Very respectful. Claude the finance agent was also very respectful and polite and really cared about what we wanted and made everything easy in financing our lease into us buying our car. Was very pleased with our experiences!!!

I had an appt.2/7/22 with Jeffery Bradberry for a recall on my 2018 Audi . I was very pleased with the prompt service and courtesy he gave me . He explained everything that would be done and kept me up to date on the time line . I moved to Alpharetta last year and I will always have my car serviced at Audi Gwinnett. I am very pleased with the exceptional service that I receive at Gwinnett Audi . Jeff Bradberry was my service advisor on February 7, 2022 for a recall on my Audi . He was very courteous and took time to answer my questions about the recall . My car was ready in about an hour just as he had said . I wouldn’t go anywhere else for the service to my car. He was very courteous through the process . I recently moved to Alpharetta but will always go to Gwinnett Audi for the service I need for my car . I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else . I had an appointment with Jeff Bradberry at Gwinnett Audi on Feb. 7, 2022 for a recall on my 2018 Audi . The service department is awesome and Jeff was great with explaining to me the process of getting the recall problem taken care of . Took care of the recall pretty quickly. They said 2 hours, but was done in a little over an hour. Plus my sales person, Drew, is always ready and willing to assist me even though the car is now 8 months old. Nice!
