Buying 2 cars!!

I was in a position that I needed to purchase a new vehicle for myself and another for my daughter (as she had just had her previous vehicle totaled in an accident). I hate car shopping and really dread the entire experience. Now I had to purchase two!! Cory Findlay was my salesman and he was great: calm, informative, no pressure, helpful, great to work with, made the whole process so smooth!!! I so appreciated all of his assistance in educating me as to all the aspects of my vehicle post-purchase as well!

Professional and friendly

Went to get an oil change and left with new Honda! Salesman Austin was great. Answered all my questions, made sure I understood all the cars features and even paired my phone.

Re-leasing of vehicle

Billion Auto is excellent in all regards. Sales staff are very professional and knowledgeable. The leasing process went very smooth and I am really impressed with their service department.

New car purchase

Lisa was very knowledgeable. Explained things well. Very helpful in exploring different options available regarding trading in my vehicle for a used or new. Honda HRV. I am very satisfied with my new 2018 HRV Ex AWD.

Everyone was very nice!

I was helped right away and the people could not be nicer! Try told me everything that was wrong with my car and asked if I had any questions.

Easy, great accommodations for kids.

Easy car buying experience. Our 4 kids had a good time playing in the kid area and hide & seek with our sales rep while we signed the paperwork.

Dishonest Sales

I recently went in to Billion Honda to purchase an SUV. I did my homework, and knew exactly what I should pay for the vehicle based on prices from local Iowa dealers. Billion was able to match pricing for the SUV, but they wanted to give me $5,500 LESS than what my trade in was worth. The offer for my trade was so low, there was no use doing business with these people. Do your homework and you won't get ripped off by Billion Honda. I believe these people are dishonest and out to cheat Iowa city customers. I went to Smart Honda in Des Moines and they gave me market value for my trade, and sold me our SUV for the best price.
