Pilot

Kevin was very patient working with us, talking price and staying late while we took our Pilot home. He was very understanding! I would totally buy another vehicle from him again.

Dishonest

I took my car in for an oil change. I was told by service manager Austin that I had a nail in the side wall of my tire. The tire has a lot of tread. Austin stated that the side wall was not repairable. He wanted me to leave the car and they would fix it the next day for about $287. The car has tire pressure monitoring and I have had no problems. I quizzed Austin and he twice again assured me that it was unrepairable. I decided to get another opinion at a tire dealership. They showed me a very small nail in the middle of the tread- totally repairable. Cost was $25. I am very disappointed in this dealership. They were dishonest.

EXTRMELY RUDE

Salemans found the right car and helped us. But they brought their manager out and he was HORRIBLE RUDE DISRESPECTFUL and spoke to me in an arrogant matter. WORSE DEALER experience ever. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. NO ONE.

Great experience

Brad Carlson is who helped us find the vehicle we were looking for! He was able to show me exactly what I was looking for and didn't pressure me into looking at vehicles that weren't of interest to me. He answered all of our questions and was very honest with us. He worked with us to get the payments in the range of what we wanted with the vehicle and made us aware of different protection options without pressuring us. I would highly recommend Billion Auto, and working Brad Carlson!

Trade-In Price

i was asked by my sales person to bring in my car to determine it's trade-in value. After driving 30 minutes to get there, they inspect my car and asked if I was purchasing a new car today. I told them no that I was still considering two other vehicles and the trade-in value would help me decide which one I would purchase. The sales person meet with the sales manager and told me after that unless i was buying today they wouldn't give me a trade-in value. Don't waste your time with this dealership, there are others selling the same cars who are easier to work with. They are all about profit and not about customer service.

great, this was our second purchase from Billion.

The service dept is the best. They have treated us with a great deal of respect and have addressed all of our issues. Brad Carlson handled our second vehicle purchase and he was great. I can not say enough good things about this dealership.

Best dealership

I bought my car from Skip and he was the best. Very easy to get along with and the whole process was smooth. This was my first time buying a car and everyone was so helpful. I recommend to everyone now.

Previous Reviews Made Me Weary-Glad I Gave Billion a Chance!

I had read some poor reviews about this dealership from 2015 that made me skeptical, but I'm glad I gave Billion a chance! I was driving a German luxury car and becoming annoyed by the expensive parts and labor to repair it. After just spending $2,000 for a major repair (on a 60,000 mile car which is obscene) my mechanic recommended I opt for for a Toyota or Accord. That was all I needed to hear and I was determined to make the move immediately. So, after writing my $2,000 repair check I stopped at the first Honda dealership I saw, Billion. I was just going to inconspicuously take a look around, but greeted right away by Phuc. He was friendly, welcoming, very nonthreatening, and major bonus: NOT PUSHY! He asked several thoughtful questions about what I was looking for and was very respectful of my budget. He showed me several cars that were in my price range and a beautiful 2016 Accord V6 that I thought might be a bit of a stretch for me financially. While I fell in love with it, I remained detached. Phuc remained neutral, but invited me to work through the numbers with him just to see what might be possible. I'm a big believer in 'if it's meant to be, it will be.' It must have been meant to be because after some perfunctory negotiation, we were able to make the numbers work into something I felt comfortable with, a fair trade for my vehicle, a payment with which I was comfortable, and a good interest rate. I absolutely love my new-to-me car and have this ear to ear grin every time I drive it:-) I will note that it only came with one key which was slightly disappointing. However, it's a used car so can be expected. That said, Phuc offered to try and track down the other key from the prior owner--kudos for taking the extra step without me even asking! Everyone with whom I worked at Billion was professional, courteous, and I genuinely felt Phuc was working in my best interest. I would definitely recommend Billion, as well as Phuc, to anyone. Happy car shopping!

No Pressure

Our experience was the best we've had at a dealership. My wife & I didn't feel rushed or pressured into buying. Brad made us feel welcome and dealt with some cold temperatures to help us find our new car. He also stayed well past closing time get us finalized and also followed up the next few days to make sure we were pleased. Very awesome.

Goal Oriented

My experience with billion wasn't one that felt as if the sales person was just trying to make some commission. I was pleased to be listened to, and bargained with until I was happy. I was asked "what deal we could make to take the car home today?" I like that they worked with me in meeting my "needs," Brad was pleasant, knowledgeable, and humorous. What he did not know, he went to find out from someone else. He was straight to the point, and did not mislead me into something that "was definitely happening." He kept in contact and kept me updated. He made sure I loved everything about my car, before I made the final decision. This should be the motivation in every sales person! Making the customer happy! Making a sale is just another bonus to the company. Brad helped make it happen, and assisted me in the obstacles that came up. I was glad I made the choice of buying through him!
