concerded about my dark tailpipes

ive taked my truck to have oil changed i also asked about the tailpipe is very black and wanted some to look at it. I was informed if their wasnt any wrong that i would charged $100

Great Service!

It is always a good experience having my work done at Trenary. I especially want to bring attention to service writer, Ken Shaw. Super nice guy and I am always greeted in a professional manner.

great service, exccellent customer service

All of the representatives in the service department are very courteous and accommodatinig. Questions are answered and the comfort of the customer is high priority. The waiting room is clean and comfortable, it is nice to have a tv to watch during the wait, the beverages are appreciated. Everyone is very professional and create a pleasant environment.

Good money saving coupons.

My first time in the service department was a good one. I had a coupon that was sent to me and I used it. No feelings of whats the exception or that's only valid on something else. They just were professional and I like that.

great service, friendly people, free refreshments

We were a drive in customer for an oil change. Service writer asked if we had about an hour as there were several vehicles ahead of us. We said OK. Our oil change was completed in about 15 minutes and we were ready to go.

Great service, Easy to deal with.

I have purchased 5 vehicles from this dealership since 2008 and 3 in the last two years. I also have had all my service work preformed there. I have always found them to fair, honest and trustworthy.
