Great service

My car is four years old and I always go there for oil changes. I bought my Malibu from Eric cargil, the online guy! He always comes out to chat with me and see how I'm doing!

quick, friendly service

Called around 0900 hrs to inquire about getting my truck in for an oil/filter change, lube, and tire rotation. Ken quickly informed me he was able to get me in at 1100 hrs. I arrived a few minutes early and was quickly greeted in a friendly manner and serviced in a very timely manner. Ken was able to direct me to the parts department for another inquiry of mine for a replacement center cap for my wheel. Everyone was very friendly and courteous.

Great. Buying experience

This is the second car I purchased from Trenary Chevy both times my purchase was handled by Eric cargill I have to say I was suprised to find him still at your dealership I don't know how you have held on to him This long I'm suprised he doesn't have his own dealership he is a true asset to your dealership and deserves all the accolades you can give him

Excellent experience!

I had a great experience from the time I walked in to discuss possibly trading in my old car, to when I came back in today to drop off the title and extra key for my trade in! I had an excellent experience with my salesperson, Brett, the new car manager, Ted, and the finance manager. This is our second car from this dealership and we'll definitely recommend it and be back ourselves for our next car.

Great service and personality.

Bret Wilkinson may have been the best car salesman I have ever dealt with. He was very helpful and seemed to care about our future with the vehicle.

2014 Chevy Cruze

From the moment we arrived on a bone chilling cold snowy day our salesman Brett opened the doors and welcomed us in to your dealership. We initially looked at the Sonic inside the showroom because it was so cold outside and he went over all the details from memory which was very impressive. When we were ready he took us on a test drive. My husband liked the car but I didn't. He just wanted a cheap car to get to/from work with good gas mileage. I, on the other hand voiced my opinion on how we use my car for everything and it is getting up there on mileage and it would be nice if we could get something that feels more like a family car that still gets good gas mileage. With that said, Brett had no problems taking us for another test drive this time in the 2014 Chevy Cruze. I was so much happier. He again went over all the cars details. We came back inside the dealership and said we want to go with the Cruze. Now it was time to pick a color. I personally liked the color Blue-Ray Metallic that was shown in the showroom and Brett checked and said he had one in stock. He had to go to your overflow lot and dig it out of the snow but not once did he complain. He did everything with a smile. We brought the car home that night and had to come back the next day to do all the paperwork and have our trade towed in. Again, everything went smoothly. We have a "we owe" for a gas cap cover that was broken off on the transport truck but within a day or two of having our car Brett has called to say it is already in. Out of all the dealerships I've purchased cars from this is the ONLY one I will come back to.

Entertainment in waiting area

Get rid of that horrible tv network and get some different tv on in there. maybe some oldies from the 50's 60's
