Liza Rodrigues did an excellent job in handling my 2025

Liza Rodrigues did an excellent job in handling my 2025 NC INSPECTION. She kept me informed about the process. Give her a raise! I only have 2 comments.... #1 they used to give a quick wash of all of my fords that I bring in for services, recalls, or inspections, #2 Why not have their names on the work stations so I know who to talk too?? Instead of a shirt name tag, it would make the check-in a little less confusing. Otherwise I?m very satisfied with Mark Ficken Ford. Tell Michael Santana hello !!

Mobile service person Graham was great. I?d use the mobile services again. Downside my tire pressure sensor is now on and won?t go away now.
