Yesterday, August 25, 2017, we drove from Mountain to Johnson Creek to look at a car we saw online. One may thing, "Three hours is a LONG drive", and it was completely worth it. We found Amos to be knowledgeable and efficient; the deal was struck quickly--no fooling around, we were treated like 'family'. (Jeff Green offered to watch our Cocker Spaniel--took her for a walk and gave her a drink of water!) while we worked with Amos. Very pleasant experience. I purchased an older inexpensive car. The car had a couple minor issues upon the initial test drive. They fixed the issues and we completed the sale the next day. They treated me as they would someone buying a $50,000 vehicle. I'll return.

The complete experience was really good. fast in and out, no haggle, no pushing, no runaround. Jeff was straight to the point and the financing team worked with me very well. straight forward and quick. Most "non-branded dealerships" are full of crooked sales guys and alot of BS finance teams. Kearns changed my outlook - i will return for my next pre-owned vehicle without a doubt.

My son helped pick out a particular vehicle that he would like to have for his first car. He picked a Subaru Legacy. We looked at all of the dealerships in Madison and only found late model, low mileage vehicles that were out of the price range. I discovered the vehicle listed at Kearns Motor Car Co. in Johnson Creek. I called to insure they still had the unit available and set up an appointment for a test drive. We arrived and was greeted by Sales Executive, Jesse Thomas. Jesse was very pleasant to work with and did a great job of pointing out all of the features of the vehicle. We went for a test drive and returned to the dealership where he had all of the Carfax information including service records and information about the vehicle. The price was great and the service was excellent. Everything was smooth and easy. All of the people in the dealership were very pleasant. Other sales people would stop and talk to my son and congratulate him on his first car. We left the dealership with a great feeling that we had just purchased a safe and reliable first car for our son at a very reasonable price. I will definitely drive from Madison to check them out on my next vehicle purchase. I feel confident my next experience would be a repeat.

the salesman Joey Brasted was very knowledgeable, outstanding and helpful with my selection, very good salesman and not pushy. the whole dealership team was outstanding in helping me get into my new car and very friendly. not like other dealerships that i have been to.. i would certainly recommend Kearns to any friends or family looking for a good quality used car. will definitely be back when we are ready to trade out pickup truck. thank you again Pat Hinze
