Great experience overall

Purchased a 2015 f250 super duty at Kearns in Johnson Creek Wisconsin last night. Experience was great. Facility is clean and beautiful, selection of vehicles is also great. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. NOT pushy, Not intimidating, not annoying in any way. Matt was our sales guy and he was great. Was friendly, professional, genuine, and knowledgeable. If he didn’t have a answer for us he didn’t hesitate to find out. I would prefer someone’s honesty over not knowing something vs the stereotype of a car salesmen of BSing his way through a question. He followed through without being pushy after we left. All huge factors of why we went with Kearns. Last but not least- truck is beautiful and exactly what we’ve been searching for. It will be well loved for our family and our family business.

Awesome Sales Staff

Had a great experience shopping at Kearns. The sales team respected our budget and were not pushy to put us in a more expensive car. They were very respectful and financing was painless. Would definitely buy my next car from Kearns

A Great car buying experience!

We bought a great car from Kearns a few days ago. We had credit issues but they still found financing to fit within our budget! I now own a fairly new but safe car for my family! Joey Brasted gave us a few options to test drive and found the car that matched us. I noticed their theme in the show room with the sculptures hanging by the windows, they were all blue collar working men from all different fields. This is what they do they take care of working people. Joey, Pat, and Grant did us all right! If any of family or friends need car I'll be sure to have hem call Joey. Thanks!

Quick and simple!

I’ve always had great experiences with Kearns. On the rare occasion that something isn’t right, they’ll work hard to correct it. I purchased my last car via text...it was that easy! Huge selection, quality service and fair prices.

Former customer

Took advantage of their cheap oil change deal. They said the air filter needed replacing, which it probably did, so I said sure so that added another $25 on to the service bill. I got the oil changed again today at the local ford dealership and they said the air filter needed changing, again. I was in disbelief was it had just been done 3000 miles earlier, and asked to see it. Sure enough it was filthy. Should have kept the filter from kearns to make sure they actually changed it. I’ve had service done at kearns before and purchased a couple vehicles from them, never again.

Amos found just the vehicle to suit our needs.

Stopped at Kearns in Johnson Creek to browse the used cars. Didn't really expect to find a vehicle that we both liked and had the options we wanted. We met Amos and told him what we wanted and in a few minutes he showed us an SUV that fit our needs and we both loved. We test drove it and came to an agreement to purchase and brought home our new car the same day. Efficient and Attentive

I was impressed with the immediate text and email replies I received from Jeff Griffin. It was very easy to make an appointment that worked for my family When we arrived, it was dark, cold, and windy so Jeff had pulled the car inside for us so we could see well and be comfortable. Jeff was friendly and knowledgeable, and efficient. The business manager was as well. We arrived at 7:00 p.m and left with our new car at 8:05!
