Great service experience !!
I recent had my civic serviced at Ed Napelton Honda in St. Peters Mo. I was greeted by very friendly woman named Annette. She proceeded to help me by checking my car and service history and by recommending some much needed maintenance options. She was great at keeping me informed throughout my entire visit. I was a great service experience and I highly recommend Ed Napleton Honda!

We just completed the purchase of a new Honda Pilot Elite. From the very beginning when we first met our sales associate, Tina Har, to the delivery of the Pilot, every step of the process was handled professionally, with a caring attitude and full transparency regarding every aspect of the transaction. Awesome Experience!
I love Ed Napleton Honda. This is my second awesome experience at this dealership. I was very impressed with my salesman Darwin Cunningham. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and I believe he helped me get a great deal on my new CRV. My husband and I felt very comfortable with every aspect of the transaction. Another thing I love about Ed Napleton Honda is the service perks you get after the sale. Oil changes for a year, free car washes, roadside service... Check them out. And if you go, ask for Darwin.

Ken was awesome!! He was receptive to my needs and made sure they were met. Not the typical salesman type!! Very down-to-earth guy. I enjoyed the experience and got an incredible new Honda CRV thanks to Ken and the incredible staff there! Dawrin Cunningham was AWESOME
It's important that I leave a comment this time regarding the purchase of my Honda CRV made through Darwin Cunningham at Napleton St. Peters. I'm not the usual car purchaser from dealerships as I have never liked the experience and pressure of the process. Of course I am acutely aware of the fact salemen and women earn their commission from sales but I have always felt as soon as I drove on the lot all eyes are on the sale and the sales staff and looking at each other waiting to see whose going to get the deal. That's why this time I chose to look through the site first. Darwin called and had a NO pitch, NO pressure conversation and invited me to come by when I had time PLUS the words "You'd better hurry as this one won't last". When I came in he presented himself exactly as he did on the phone, NO pitch, NO pressure and extremely friendly. What he did was allow me to "take the wheel" on the decision without pushing. That's a rarity in car sales in my opinion. During the test drive he didn't pressure or flip switches or turn knobs saying, "and look at this feature, look what this does" and so on. He let me feel it out for myself. Being a female unfortunately many men, car sales, mechanics, etc. think they have found an easy target but in my case what they have no clue of is that I was raised by a car mechanic and was never allowed to drive a car unless I knew how to repair most things, and I also have a brother who owns his own car lot and has been in sales for many years so, in reality I would consider myself a bit more educated than the average gal on the street and maybe this is why I scrutinized Dawrin a bit closer than most! After the test drive it was a very short time before the deal was done AT MY PACE! And to top it off Darwin delivered the car to my house the next day! He has since checked up and I am ALWAYS happy to take his calls! You can't go wrong this Darwin. Now if everyone had the "Darwin" service I think more people would be less likely to avoid being afraid of the "vulture" syndrome. Thank you Darwin for making my experience so pleasurable! Suzie
