Nolan is always very helpful whenever I have a question or need something in regards to my Jeep Cherokee.

Took out 2023 Grand Cherokee here for service on the bumper that the clips broke on, when we picked up our vehicle after the bumper clips were replaced we seen that they bent the fender and the bumper is not placed correctly. We showed the service advisor the bent fender and she said that she would reach out to us the following Monday because the service manager was gone. On Monday she asked for more pictures and said that she would talk with the body person and schedule us to have these items fixed and that she already had a car set aside for us. It’s been several weeks and we have not heard from anyone at the dealership. Now the spot on the fender is starting to rust. This is a new vehicle and I would have hoped to get in back in the same condition that we dropped it off in however that was not the case and now they are not fixing what they damaged. This place has gone down hill in the past 15 months we have bought several new vehicles here but will never do so again. Hopefully they will return our calls and fix our vehicle.

Allyson kept in touch during the test drive and purchasing process. Very low pressure sales approach. She provided all the information that was requested. She was also very friendly and patient during the whole process.

My wife and I bought 2 24 Grand Cherokee’s from Allyson Laws at Napleton and it was a great buying experience. We appreciate great service and great was what we go from Allyson. We were just really shopping when we contacted Allyson She worked hard to develop the sale and then close it. We were challenging customers, we were looking for unique configs, we were under a tight time line due to the desired Chrysler incentive ending and we were not local to the Dealership. Everything until signing and pick up were done by email, text of phone call. Allyson was awesome from start to finish with excellent communication skills, attention to detail and patience with us ( I almost changed my mind on what model I wanted at the last minute). She found the configs we wanted and worked hard to get them. One came from a dealer 400 miles away. She will work hard to get what you want. Again we are challenging ( Engineer and Data Scientist) we have a lot of questions and Allyson mastered each and every on everyone of them. She worked both deals simultaneously and it was flawless. Additionally the weather was absolutely terrible with snow and seriously below zero temps. I really don’t know how she pulled it off actually; I’m really impressed. Her walk through was superb and notable because it was 20 below zero that day. I would not hesitate to buy again from Allyson. I expect that in a couple of years we will go back to buy another Jeep GC and she will be running the Dealership. Allyson is top notch.
