Fred Butler absolutely the best. Caring, honest and knows what he is doing. trust me, he is he reason I bought from the there. He always says please have a seat, you want something to drink, introduces you to the Manager and finance team. Do not leave you in the dark about anything. Makes sure you are comfortable from the time you come in until the time you leave. polite, when someones interrupt he apologize . I pay attention to things like this.

Outstanding Service Experience

I had my car serviced on Monday 8/29/2022 and as usual all aspects of the service provided were outstanding. Tim Bacon and Olivia Johnson both were great.

Fast, efficient service!

Arrived at the dealership without an appointment. Tim helped me immediately with a recurring tire problem. They got the tires checked and filled….easing my stress level immediately.

Suntrup GMC St. Peters

Arrived at dealership for an oil change and to check a tire that would not hold air. Diagnosed a torn air valve stem in tire, replaced the stem and my car was ready in an hour. Friendly, professional service.

Best car buying experience ever!

I have bought many new cars in my day but the experience we had buying our 2020 Yukon Denali from Eric Trigg was by far the best experience we have ever had when buying a new car. He is amazing and VERY attentive, even after the sale! Crystal McElroy is the bomb, absolutely love her!! We felt like we knew her and Eric forever immediately after meeting them. We really feel like part of the Suntrup family and will continue to do business with them in the future. Highly recommend this dealership!!!

Time Wasters

Left the dealership due to a price difference- no problem, it happens. Harlan text me that evening and I said the sales manager would like to know what number I needed to make the deal happen. I gave them my number and Harlan text back and said that they could make it work. After two and a half hours today we were at a 2.4 K difference between where they agreed to on text versus what they could sell me a car for today. Absolute time wasters and scammers. They called me I did not call them.
