OUTSTANDING customer service that goes the extra mile. Rob came to our rescue when my new to me Mercedes broke down while driving back from New York to Indiana. It was Friday at closing time when I called. He stayed over and waited for my car to be towed to his shop. Chris stayed as well and gave us a ride to get a rental car. Rob was extremely knowledgeable and worked with some technical issues that came up. Rob kept me informed of the progress of my transmission replacement as it went through. He coordinated with me so I could return to pick up my car. The car worked flawlessly while driving back to Indiana and continues to give me no problems. Since Rob did me a favor by staying past closing time I had him do my oil change as well. If I am ever in need and in the area I would definitely go to Iannelli's again.

Chris and Rob at this dealership took great care of us. If you want detailed expert information, service and sales on a gently used eurocar, this is the place for you. They don't buy junk from auctions and pawn it off on unfortunate customers. They go over each car carefully before they buy it and put it on their lot. If you are looking at the vehicle to purchase it, they are honest with you about what you are getting into, and can help you take care of any service issues and put it right into the deal. We bought a used 2006 BMW and we couldn't be happier with the way we were treated. They went over the car with a fine toothed comb, and let us know what had already been done to our car, and what we needed to do in the near future to take care of the car properly. For our next used BMW, we will certainly be going to them to help us find the right one. Our local Toledo area dealer is much more expensive on the used car side of things, and Iannelli's is much less expensive on service work too. They were the right choice for us. If you know what you want, they will do a great job finding it for you. Couldn't be happier with our deal and how Iannelli's took care of us.

It's taken me a bit to come up with the right words...so here goes. I've bought a fair number of cars in my life-time and I have experienced just about every nightmare scenario associated with car buying. So I recently found myself at Iannelli prepared to do battle once again. Online price-points and BMV docs in hand; I was ready to haggle over price, argue about erroneous fees, and ready to walk out the moment something smelled fishy. None of these things ever happened! I've never, in my car buying life, had such a pleasant car buying experience. My hat's off to Chris and the entire Iannelli team for what was, hands down, the best shopping experience I've ever had. This is my 4th car purchased at Iannelli by myself or my family... and not my last... Can not explain enough the ease of dealing with this family. Without reservation I highly recommend Chris Koberna and everyone else at Iannelli Auto. Was looking for a specific Porsche that Iannelli Auto had in stock. I had never done business nor had I heard of them prior to my visit. The facilities including the large indoor showroom and service area were immaculate. The wife of the owner greeted me at the door on a Saturday morning and took me straight to the car that I showed her on my phone. I was left to examine the vehicle unmolested--which I appreciated greatly. I came back two days later and they put the vehicle on a rack so that I could examine the underside. During my inspection the son of the owner introduced himself, asked if I needed help and then departed without hanging all over me. I was afforded the opportunity to take a test drive by myself and narrowly avoided getting a speeding ticket on the interstate. Without and hassle I left to look at another car at another dealership. The difference between the quality of service was striking. The salesperson insisted on riding with me on the test drive and was selling me the whole time. The "other guy's" showroom was sterile and cold. My level of comfort with this dealership was in stark contrast what I had just felt. With that, I subsequently returned to Iannelli Auto and purchased the car and was out the door in twenty minutes. Iannelli has an eclectic collection of exotic and contemporary vehicles. I sought a specific car on my visit but was almost self persuaded myself into driving some highly interesting cars. While I have not used them for it yet, I intend on taking advantage of their service department instead of going to a Porsche dealership for my recommended services. Overall five of five; I could not have been more pleased.

Just purchased my 2nd vehicle. It is a pleasure to deal with this family-run business. It's a very low pressure sales process where you know that you are treated fairly. Chris, Rob and Maria were great.
