Hello My name is Ed I bought a 2010 Audi A6 quattro from salesman Chris Koberna, the experience was great no hassles we agreed on a price ( very fair ) got there as much of the paper work that could be done was. Probably about an hour give or take,between Chris and Maria they took excellent care of me and I could not be happier. I wanted to tell someone about the wonderful family owned Import Service and Used Car Sales Dealership that is in North RIdgeville.... I have been looking for a place to take my c300 for a while, I did the dealership service thing and that was terrible!!! talk about not caring about you as a person.... so I was told about this family owned and operated place that has been around for over 30 years servicing Imports. I am sooooooooooooo glad I did they diagnosed the problem ( more than I can say about the other dealership ) and then fixed it! Nice people very knowledgeable and best of all they have a gorgeous bull dog called Luigi.....he is the bomb... eveyone if you get the chance make sure you go there.

My Husband and I were in the market for a car when we drove by Iannelli Autocars. In all honesty we had never heard of or driven by this Dealership before. We were on our way to the Great Northern Auto Mile. As we were driving by Iannellis' we saw their banners waving us in from the road,, That is what initially caught our eye. The Cars on the lot looked nice so we thought we would drop in and see what they had to offer. We pulled in and headed over to the lot to look at the cars. While we were looking we noticed no one was coming out. We thought maybe they were closed. When we found 2 cars that interested us we thought we would inquire inside about them.. We were expecting the door to be locked and were surprised when it wasn't. Once inside we were greeted in a warm manner and taken care of in such a nice way.. Both cars were brought down and we were given the keys to take each one for a drive.. We were having trouble deciding between both cars and had a lot of help and input from Rob. He gave us information about the differences of each car so we could make an informed decision. He took great care of us. There was no pressure on us to buy either car. Just a lot of information that made it easier to choose. The Buying process was even easier than deciding on which car to buy. Tina was great in handling the loan. She got us a Great Loan with Great Terms.. We are very happy to have found Iannelli Auto Cars..

My experience with this dealer was the best ever! Problems were resolved promptly, service was done when promised and done well. Management was always available to discuss questions and provide in-car training on gadgets. I dealt with Rob, Chris, Andy & Maria the most. They are the best.

I am an Iannelli Auto Car customer. I purchased a car in 2009, this was based on their reputation for excellent sales and service (Tony, Maria, Rob , and Chris). This year I started to look for an Audi TT convertible, after looking for about 3 months I called Rob Iannelli. I asked Rob to call me if he had a convertible coming to the dealership. Rob said he would keep me in mind and offered to inspect a car if I found one on my own. At that point I stopped looking and decided to wait on a call from Rob. Rob called, I drove and later purchased the convertible. The car was just what I wanted at the price I wanted to pay. I drove off the lot in my convertible and thought...what a great place to buy a car. Thanks!

I recently purchased my VW Jetta Tdi from this dealership, and couldn't be happier! I rarely write product reviews on purchases, but due to the significance of this purchase I wanted to let other's know how wonderful working with this dealership was. My car saleman (Chris) was beyond helpful and sincere; being as I found this vehicle via the web and it's a diesel...I had questions and we had to arrange all details over the phone & through email communication. The entire team at Iannelli helped to make this process seamless and swift! I am a fan of family owned & operated businesses and was happy to find them. I took my pre-owned vehicle in to my local VW dealership once I got home (& before the manufacturer's warranty expired) to get a general "check-up" and the car was clean, with no issues! Couldn't say enough positive comments about working/purchasing from Ianelli Autocars! Would definitely recommend to family & friends :)

I called on a 2003 Porsche Boxster they had advertised, late on a saturday, and I left a message. I was surprised when I got a call back about 20 min later by Chris in sales. I was very excited about the price and on the monday after, it was a done deal!. They drove it down to me, for a nominal charge the following day! I would recommend this dealer if you see something interesting in their inventory. Chris in sales will work to get you your dream car if that's what you're looking for, and Tina will get the paper work done in a flash.

I wanted a very specific car and was having a hard time finding a place that would work with me in acquiring the vehicle. Some dealerships wouldn't pay me any attention since I am a younger buyer even when I stepped onto their lot. I had no problems at all when I contacted Iannelli Autocars for the first time. Neither did I have problems when I needed to ask a quick question from their sales staff and finance staff. They made the car buying experience ordeals easier than any other dealership that I had contacted. They are an awesome dealership filled with awesome people. I highly recommend Iannelli Autocars to anyone who is looking for a top quality car with top quality people to back it. I drove 310 miles from Indianapolis to purchase a 2011 Ford Fusion from this dealership. The process was so seamless and well organized that we agreed on the purchase on a Friday at 6:00 pm and by 2:00 pm the next day, I was driving my car home. This dealership is extremely honest and great to work with. The only problem I encountered is that they are not local and are so far away to do business with in the future. Unless they have the car we want, then It's definitely worth the trip! Thanks again, Iannelli AutoCars!!
