Staff at University Mazda Service Dept

I brought car in for recall repair and the Service Department Staff were VERY helpful and explained the whole process to me. They were prompt and even washed my car.

Customers Are First

I've been doing business with UMazda since 2003. Always pleasant and cooperative. This visit showed how the dealership goes above the call of duty. I had written the wrong day on my calendar for an oil change and showed up a day early. The service advisor got me in anyway, complete with fluid check and wash. Fine people to work with.

Fast. Professional.

Needed to be in and out in a specified length of time. They made it happen. Everyone was professional and focused on the customer experience.

Great service

Service department is very helpful and quick to respond. Took my car in for regular maintenance and brakes, the service was done on time, the car was clean and tidy, and an extra request I made was handled extremely quickly with great follow through. Brian was really friendly, responsive, and communicated with me every step of the way.

Phenomenal customer service

I have been using University Mazda to service my Mazda 3 for 12 years. I have always been impressed by their attitude toward customer service. However they have gone beyond good to great in the past couple of years. Always greeted by a smile and kind attitude, not being rushed, willingness to provide a loaner car when I make a service appointment, thorough work - all add up to a superior experience.

It was good overall.

The Mazda site makes it easy to make an appointment and to be specific about what service is desired. You can wait or request a car. TV and coffee are in the waiting area. David Marsteller was really good about calling and asking if I wanted the team to replace a filter or any other thing. I did have them replace a tire that had a nail lodged in the sidewall. I received the aproximate amount of the cost of service before it was all done. My wait was about 1.5 hrs which I used to do some work and to make a “to do” list for the next week.

Incredible service department

Went to several dealerships to fix my dash screen that had gone out since I bought my car. They replaced it on my first visit.

Serious problem, quickly resolved

2017 M3 HB 2.5 Windshield Wipers stopped working. Replaced BCM Returned the loaner in 5 hours. Everything was handled courteously and professionally. Could not have been more relieved and happy with the service.

Pleasant and efficient

Fantastic service! Brian greeted me right away. They took the car immediately and had the complete service finished within 90 minutes. Everything checked-out great and the was clever inside and out!
