Routine service on my 2017 Mazda 3
Made appointment online. Requested call to confirm loaner would be available. Rodney called to confirm. Everything ready when dropping off. Work done well before I was to drop loaner off. Car cleaned and vac'd before pickup. Everything was great.

Very friendly and helpful
I took my car in for a regular 6 month services (mostly just checking on systems + oil change). It look 1.5 hours. The actual service was good. The really nice thing is the details! Topping off liquids, washing the car, EVEN adding the online 10$ off coupon even though I forgot to add it myself. I bought my car at the dealership five years ago and have happily taken it there twice a year for service ever since :)

Great service and integrity
We’ve been buying and servicing our cars at University Mazda for over ten years. Our experience on both sides has been stellar. Rodney in service is wonderful to work with. He’s on top of everything and great at providing feedback. I also feel this dealership is one of the most honest I’ve worked with. The way buying a car should be
The salesperson, Dennis, was very helpful and quick to get us a test drive. A week later, I asked for a color and trim, and it was waiting for me at an agreed time. The purchase experience was great by getting a pretty good discount along with free finance and returning customer cash. I'm just past 700 miles and a very happy Mazda owner!
