Horrid sales tactics and misleading. Will try to strong arm you into purchase. do your homework and check their business out before making a trip. the BBB actually placed a warning on them they scored an F for for a reason.

Absolute scam. Do not even think about going there!!!

First off the people are rude as xxxx... it’s unbelievable. Second once you bid on the car you don’t get to see the car to make sure it’s ok, or check the mileage. Third they charge you $1500 in fees. My husband placed a bid on a car and won. The car looked fine. The next day when we go to pick it up the windshield is cracked and they try telling him he’s just stuck with the car. They then said we will see what we can do because there were 4 other cars nearly identical to that car and my husband asked if he could get one of those instead. They took his number and said they would give him a call. This was Thursday... today is Monday and though he’s called no one has helped him or gotten back to him in order to resolve the issue. Terrible! We’ll never go to the auction again. Those people are crooks.

After reading many reviews on First Marshall, we decided against going. Extra fees, and of course with only an hour allowed to view vehicles before auction, it’s hard to tell what you’re purchasing with these repossessed vehicles. Too risky.
