Great experience!
Car was in for annual oil change and check up! All was done expediently and I was in and out in a little over an hour. I would recommend Tom Wood Volkswagen! Only downer is their vacuum is still down and I really appreciate the car getting vacuumed well.

Professional!
Made an appt with Michael Garton to lease a VW Taos for my daughter. We were initially unable to find the right terms. I decided to leave and look at another dealer. No one was able to match the terms that Michal provided. I called Tom Wood back and confirmed the vehicle was still available and returned close to closing. Michael stayed after closing to help us. We are very happy with the level of customer service and professionalism shown by Michael and the sales team at Tom Wood Volkswagen.

Demise of a Great Vehicle
Dealer installed a genuine VW part in my 2004 Phaeton 3 months ago. Now cannot find other parts needed, despite VW still makes this make and model, selling in the Far East. Refuses to find and install aftermarket!! Part needed fell off after 1st part installed, and due to unauthorized inspection of vehicle. 1st time should have been in and out within 30 minutes [wait for glue to dry], but took almost 2 hours with inspection. Poor communication between service host and service tech. Given parts unavailability, my first accident will be declared totaled, unless a junkyard saves me. VW Corporate, please help!

I would never buy another Volkswagen. The car is been unreliable. It’s been in the shop eight Weeks out of the past six months. Service is terrible. Don’t buy a volts wagon. The car only has 18,000 miles on it.
