The service provided me was outstanding. I was kept informed on a regular basis by Mr. Lance Friedenstein who did a great job. I intend on asking for him when I come in for future service. As I elected to wait for my repair work I enjoyed the excellent customer waiting facilities. Everything made my wait very comfortable. Yes, I'll be back... My experience at Larry Miller's car dealership worked really well for me. I met with sales representative Basil McKenna and he was very enthusiastic and I felt he truly wanted to help me find the right car. He understood my financial concerns and guided me to the vehicle I ultimately chose to buy. Basil was very efficient and knowledgeable, not only about the car I purchased but, about his handling of the paper work. He brought me through the red tape with ease. I felt he got to know me fairly rapidly and he made me feel comfortable about my decision. What impressed me most was his attention to details such as explaining how to use all of the features the car supplies, right down to the air-pressure the tires need to keep the car performing well and reducing fuel costs. Buying a car can be a tedious and stressful affair. But Basil was great. I am happy with my purchase. Thank you for asking these follow-up questions. Vondell Jones

I purchased this vehicle (Pontiac Solstice) and a new Dodge truck (in December 2010) from your dealership. I have had very good service throughout the timeframe. The only problem encountered was the "fobs" that came with the Dodge. We have had problems getting them to work after the first 6 months of usage. The service department has reprogrammed them twice and I have replaced the batteries 3 times. Recently, the service dept was going to reprogram them a third time but after further discussion they replaced them, so we hope that this will correct the problem. I am very happy with the purchases I have made as well as the service. Sean is the individual who typically handles me and does a very good job and is very pleasant. When I need (or want) a new vehicle, I will come back. Thank you, Roy C. Simms, Jr.

Very good experience. The only thing that would be nice is to get an estimate of how long it will be especially when you are going to wait for your car. I realize I could ask for a ride to work but for an oil change I didn't see the need. One other small thing - it would be great to offer people 2 areas to wait in - one has the TVs going which is just more noise in my world. If there is another place to wait, have a cup of coffee and read where it is realatively quiet - that would be most welcome.

My experience at LMH was outstanding. Very knowledgeable employees and exceptional customer service. From the moment I arrived until the final papers were signed, I felt like I was the only customer in the store, although it was a very busy Saturday. I never felt sold or rushed, but rather informed of the many options available. Eric our sales person kept everything running very smooth. The finance person who did our closing, I’m sorry I don’t remember his name, also did a wonderful job of explaining everything and making sure it was exactly as we had planned.
