The whole experience was a delight. We were greeted by Jude, and he was so helpful from the very start. He was very friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He found us the PERFECT vehicle. We are so pleased with our purchase. Carmella was also very kind and professional. When we had a little problem with tire pressure and the driver side heater, Tom couldn't have been nicer. These were minor problems and he helped us solve them. We have a very good feeling about Larry H. Miller Dodge. It is a nice place to be if you want to buy a new vehicle or have the one you already have fixed. I had to bring in my Jeep Cherokee vehicle due to problems with warning signals showing on my dash. I was unaware of the cause of this but Brandon and the Larry H. Miller staff ensured that the problem would get resolved. My experience was all around great in that when I first contacted Larry H. Miller to make an appointment, Jaime answered my call and was more than willing to work with me to make a convenient appointment to drop off my car and offered travel to and from where I needed to go from the dealership. Once I dropped off my vehicle, I was greeted well and in a timely manner and Brandon took me right in and got my vehicle in the process of being checked quickly. Throughout the day Brandon gave me updates to my Mom and I as to the problems that they found with my vehicle and how to best correct those issues. As I am sure you all know that when any customer brings in a vehicle for repairs that customer worries that they will be sold something not in his/her best interest. However, I did not feel this way at all with my experience at Larry H. Miller and I believe Brandon and the staff there had my best interest at heart. Further, I was offered, and accepted, the $75.00 three oil change offered by you all, which is an incredible deal. All in all, my experience with you all was great and I will be a returning customer and will recommend you all to my friends and family. I made a 9:00 a.m. appointment for my vehicle 5,000 mile service and was seen immediately. The service took approximatley one hour. Based on the paperwork I received, they were very thorough on checking the entire vehicle in addition to the maintenance service.

I shopped and test drove new and used vehicles in early January and Chuck was a terrific salesman to work with. He is extremently knowledgable about the various jeep models and packages and taught me a lot about what to look for to meet my needs. I highly recommend asking for Chuck when you stop in.
