Great dealership

Our salesman John Barravecchio went out of his way to help us. Even when we couldn't make up our mind, he continued to be very professional. It was the easiest we've ever had to buying/leasing a new car. Danielle Landis did a great job explaining the car's operation.

Great place to buy a Subaru

We visited twice before finally purchasing our Outback. Each time we had a great experience. There was never pressure to buy and Ron was great to help us find the model that worked best for us. We wanted a base model without all the extras and once again, no pressure to go with a the fancy extras. Karen helped get the financing done quickly and professionally. Thanks Ron, Karen and Subaru Superstore for making it a great car buying experience!

Best buyer experience

My husband and I came in looking for our next vehicle and we had the best experience with Gary Simpson! He wasn’t pushy, just knowledgeable. Most of our experience dealing with a car purchase have been painful. Hours and hours of looking and tons of paperwork. However, once we decided what we wanted the process was fast! I love the updated technology they have for signing.

Extremely positive experience we are very happy

It is hard to explain the reason for the rating. There is a particular attitude and level of service that has been developed within the company. Some day I will explain it to the owners.

Great Experience

I have history had very negative experiences with car purchases, but my wife and I were pleasantly surprised with our experience with Darby at Subaru Superstore. He was friendly and knowledgeable and not at all what you think of when you think of the stereotypical "car salesman." I'd highly recommend both Darby and Subaru Superstore for anyone looking for a new car.

Great experience

Jerry Zack always gives guaranteed amazing service!

I purchased my BRZ from Subaru Superstore in 2013, what a great experience that was! They offered us a great deal the very first time! Their Service Dept is the only one I use because I know that I am guaranteed the best service anywhere. Jerry ALWAYS takes amazing care of me, and my car, with over the top customer service. He is an absolute pleasure to work with and I have total trust in him. When looking for a service advisory, I highly recommend Jerry.

The experience was like buying a luxury brand car

Was amazing with my elderly mother, that requires lots of patience. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had. The finance guy, Joseph Nieves was great too! Everyone was really nice and polite. It didn’t feel like I was at a car dealership at all. It was night and day from the place in Phoenix. It was worth the drive! Thomas was great, definitely recommend him to anyone.

Best car buying experience ever!

This is the second car I have purchased from Subaru Superstore in Chandler, AZ. The first was 2011 and this purchased was December 2017. I came to the dealership with my list of exactly what I wanted and my sales representative, Bill East, was outstanding. He never pressured me into anything that I did not want or was unwilling to pay for. It was my best auto purchasing experience ever and I have purchased many cars. The overall dealership is extremely friendly, helpful, clean and I felt very comfortable and relaxed when I visited. We agreed on a price and Bill East made the entire experience very simple. This is the first time I have ever purchased a new car and did not go through "buyer's remorse." I will not hesitate to purchase another new Subaru from this dealership in the future. Great job Bill!

Looking for a new subaru and had an amazing experience!

Found the most amazing sales person and he walked me through my purchase of my new Subaru from beginning to end. Very knowledgeable about the brand and was never pushy. I never felt rushed as he answered all of my questions. He even called me after the sale to make sure everything was going well. Sean had such energy and was very attentive to what I was looking for. I think it's hard to find people these days in the car business that are excited about what they do and are honest every step of the way. That's Sean and I would recommend him to any of my friends and family!
