Excellent experience with new car lease.
I had communicated with John Barravechio a couple of times on the phone, regarding the vehicle we wanted to lease, discussing packages, color, etc. When we arrived and started the process with John, everything was well-organized and had a natural "flow", but without a feeling of being rushed. John and Karen Cain both made sure that they answered all of our questions and that we were comfortable with each step along the way. They were very thorough with the information. Both are very professional, yet were very friendly and accommodating.

Relaxed and easy to work with.
Met Charlie Webb last year when considering the Outback. We were seeking information only at that time and Charlie was very informative. Asked him to get in touch in Fall on what was available on lot. He contacted us as promised and we had hoped to get to the dealership at that time. However, my husband got sick and Charlie was very understanding. When we finally got back to see Charlie last week he showed us the exact packages we were looking for in the Outback. We purchased the Outback we took for a test ride; mainly because Charlie was so helpful and not pushy. We're learning all the ins and outs of the Outback, and if all goes well, we'll probably upgrade in a couple of years.

Easy buying process. Great follow up.
The buying process was easy and Eddie made sure we got the car we wanted based on our specs. Joseph made the financial process easy and smooth even though it was Christmas Eve. Since we purchased the car, we have gotten several follow up calls and emails to make sure we have what we need and to invite us to training classes. The folks at the dealership have made themselves accessible throughout the process and have follow up when they said they would. This is very different from the experience we had at another dealership that seemed slow, indifferent and disorganized.

Best Experience I could Ask For
After a lot of bad experiences on the East side of the Valley, my wife and I headed to the closest Subaru dealer which was Subaru Superstore of Chandler. We only put off visiting them because of the drive, but now looking back I wish it was our first stop. First thing we noticed was the high pressure and stress was not at this dealership. We were allowed to walk around and look before being approached. We mentioned to the front desk people that we wanted to do the Costco Auto program and John Barravecchio came out to take care of us. We explained what we were looking for in a car and he showed us a Crosstrek and a Forester. We quickly decided the Forester fit our needs and John was able to answer every question we threw at him. We took a test drive and decided it was the one. He made the process so simple with pricing and accessories that it was an easier purchase that a quick trip to the grocery store. Brent Beck was our finance guy and once again it was a no pressure situation going over warranties and all that. Then Andres Cano detailed and delivered the car to us. He answered all the technical questions we had about setting up the garage door system and all that stuff. Best car buying experience to date and we'll for sure be back when the family has grown and we need a new car! Thanks guys!

Tom Darby is a pleasure to work with!
My experience with salesperson Tom Darby was excellent. He was extremely knowledgeable about the crosstrek I was interested in and urged me to take a test drive so he could demonstrate all the features. I felt like Tom treated me fairly and it was nice that he didn't pass me off to the manager or anyone else to complete the deal when we were in negotiations. I heartily recommend Tom and Chandler Subaru.

2017 Crosstrek Purchase and Process Was Amazingly Smooth
This was my first time buying a brand new vehicle. I had so many negative assumptions about the car buying process and both Charlie and Joe proved those all wrong. I never felt any aggressive sales tactics and both seemed genuinely interested in getting me exactly what I wanted. I felt confident in purchasing the GAP insurance and extended warranty (Thank you so much Joe!). Thank you so much for making the process so easy and smooth especially with my two kids, 5 and 9, with us!!! You will not be disappointed with this dealership or a Subaru!

Good experience 2018 Forrester Purchase
Dealt with Morgan Trzaskos and Gary Simpson, both knowledgeable, pleasant, and made the purchase experience efficient. The staff at this dealer are pleasant and not pushy. This was my second Subaru purchase and I would purchase there again.
