Best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership hands down. I brought my mom to the dealership already having met Darby and knowing that he would be able to take care of us. We were in and out in a short period of time and my mom is so happy with her new car. The dealership is family friendly and highly accommodating! My wife and I had discussed getting a car for our Granddaughter's 18th birthday. So Friday afternoon she said let's go to Subaru. We both feel their cars have the best safety features. After test drive with our sales person, Eddie Bittar, we located the exact color, and all the options we had wanted for our Granddaughter's car. With help of the Business Manager, Joseph Nieves, we had completed the transaction in under 2 hours. I was impressed with the efforts of everyone to make my visit very pleasant. We left the car to be prepped for picked-up the next day.

All contacts were very helpful and informative. Basic car operation was clearly explained.Ample time was allowed to test drives. The dealership was neat and clean.

I have never had a positive experience purchasing a vehicle before. Subaru Superstore changed that for me. When I arrived, I was free to roam the lot without sales staff crowding me. When I was ready, I asked the concierge in the showroom for a sales person's assistance. I met Dylan Seitz and together we selected the perfect car for me. It took far less time with absolutely no hassle or pressure as before with other dealerships. The Subaru Superstore has a lot of vehicles to choose from, and has a good atmosphere. Dylan Seitz was genuinely friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I love my Subaru Outback and highly recommend the Subaru Superstore dealership.

I was nervous about purchasing another vehicle this time around just because it was so bad last time at another dealership, but these guys got me excited all over again about driving off in my brand new car. They didn't try to hard sell me insurance they knew I wasn't going to get and made the process super easy and quick . Thank you to everyone who helped me make this purchase.
