Truly exceptional service and experience!

This was our second time getting a new vehicle with Darby at Subaru Superstore of Chandler- and I was beyond happy with the experience. Darby is straight forward, friendly and inviting, he is very knowledgeable and really educated me on every aspect of purchase. Great Car Buying Experience

My family was looking to buy a quality pre-owned vehicle. I went to Subaru Superstore of Chandler just to test drive the Subaru Outback and Forester, because I had heard they were quality vehicles. Our Sales Person was David Griffin. He took the time to answer all of our questions. The quality of the Forester and the ability of the vehicle to meet our family's needs spoke for itself. David sealed the deal by treating us professionally, not pressuring us, letting us drive cars multiple times and ultimately getting us into a an extremely nice vehicle for a fair price. Thank you for a great car buying experience.

Great Dealership

John Barravecchio, Fleet Manager, Dulcie Pimentel, Service Advisor, and Danielle Landis, Delivery Specialist were all very helpful and professional. They answered all of our questions and oriented us to our new Subaru Forester. This was our first Subaru and we are impressed and pleased with this Dealership.

We’ve purchased two cars from this dealership, one car three years ago and another car today. We’re repeat customers because of the quality of the cars, the sales team, and dealership’s commitment to supporting the greater local community through its’ charitable contributions. Excellence from start to finish!!

From the beginning of our search for the right vehicle, to the moment I drove my vehicle off the lot, our experience was exceptional. Low pressure, top notch customer service and solid expertise offered, and the most meticulously presented vehicles we have seen in years!! True pride in how their vehicles, both new and used, are presented. Spotless!! Steve Pappas, our sales associate gave me VIP treatment , as did Joseph Nieves in Finance. I plan to purchase here again in the future. Don't waste your time with other dealerships; just go to Subaru Superstore of Chandler and be taken care of!

Quite possibly the best first time buyer experience.

We had been in contact with David “Griz” Griffin from the Subaru Superstore of Chandler, and he found me a couple options when it came down to a specific model and color. He was clear and informative, and I felt completely comfortable throughout the entire buying process. They beat out what I thought was an already excellent rate and helped me get the exact car I wanted for exactly what I was hoping to pay. I’ve already recommended this dealership to multiple coworkers.

Pretty much painless!

I dropped into the dealership and was met by Tom Darby. He took time to explain the many features of Subaru vehicles, since I had never owned or driven one. We test drove an Outback and a Legacy that day. A few days later, after I had contacted the Costco Auto Program, we returned and test drove a certified pre-owned Crosstour and Outback. After much discussion amongst ourselves and with Tom, we purchased a 2018 Outback from their inventory. Tom was personable, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the process. He made a normally unpleasant task very smooth and uncomplicated.

Piece of cake

Brian made the buying process so easy I couldn't believe it. I was in and out in no time with an amazing (practically new) certified pre owned Subaru. I feel bad for anyone that buys elsewhere. Recommend dealership for sure.
