Charlie Webb is awesome. I've worked with him before and ask for him when I'm interested in a new car. When I brought my 3rd Subaru in for service after a very long drive this week, I saw a new Forester I was interested in enough to make an appointment with Charlie Webb to test drive the vehicle. I bought the new car, knowing how wonderful Foresters are, and was given excellent terms for the purchase with my trade in Legacy. Did I need a new vehicle? No, but I upgraded for safety considering the miles I drive. Am so pleased. Very glad to have this dealership near me.

I was in the market for a Subaru Crosstrek manual and Seton was the guy that helped make it all happen! Seton did the research and let me know that there was one inbound and I ended up reserving my car. When the car was ready, he also got me in touch with Antonio who is a fellow coworker and crosstrek owner who showed me around his car before I got mine and was also very knowledgeable about helping me get familiarized with my car once it came in. It's people like Seton who really make the effort to earn your business by giving you updates, keeping close contact through email and messaging that really makes me want to keep coming back and continue buying Subarus from this dealership. It's also people working at the dealership like Antonio that don't just work there, but also have a passion for Subarus and helping people make the right decision. I couldn't have asked for anyone greater than these two who really helped me make the decision in buying my new Subaru and easy process. Once the car was in, Seton let me know and the rest is history. Buying a car from Seton was an easygoing, fun, and exciting, which is how car buying should be! Couldn't have asked for a better experience from anyone other than Subaru Superstore!

Our salesperson Wayne provided us with the best service in shopping for our car and our delivery man Rex did a great job showing me how to work my new outback. They made the whole experience a pleasant one. Rock star team!

The Subaru Superstore of Chandler is the best experience I've had purchasing a vehicle. The sales people were helpful in pointing out the various vehicle options. They were interested in what I needed in a car. Negotiations were fair and friendly. The delivery specialist was very knowledgeable about the vehicle technology and was thorough in his explanation of how to use the features of my new car. I've always driven Hondas, but this Subaru dealership has converted me. Highly recommend!
